I have the same Q5 with the same equipment and engine,the answer is no. The sound changes when you select dynamic mode only in the SQ5,because the SQ5 has the exhaust valves that allows him to make a deep sporty sound,while the Q5 doesn't have those exhaust valves.
q3 is very small inside, if you sit in rear there is almost no space for your legs, tiguan is more bigger and has lots space and is same size like q5, q5 is more exclusive, lots big car magazine always do comparison q5, tiguan, bmw x3, mercedes GLC
of course top trim q3, bcs lots extra options is better, after years a bit better value for sale, if basic trim difficult to sell i think, would you like drive basic trim? i wouldnt not

yes and most people say this is 2017 model! i write always the year when car build! this model in video is build until Q3 2016 or so, it is 2016 model too. check google pictures, 2016 q5, there is some same model like in video there
