2016 Chevy Malibu LED Fog Light DRL fuse fix / how to replace 2016-2019

My brand new installed LED daytime running lamps on this 2016 Chevy Malibu did not work. Now this Malibu style is for model years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. So since both of them did not work, I immediately knew that the fuse had to be burnt. So I replaced the fuse and WOW they are bright as Daylight! So I hope this helps you fix yours if you got a fuse problem on yours!

I have a 2018 impala. The fog lights work during the day, but the driver side light wont work at night. The passenger side works at night, just not the driver side. What do you think is the issue?

I'm trying to find the fuse that turns my drl lights off cuz one of the lights isn't working I took fuse 22 out and when I'm in drive drl light still turns on

So come to find out it was just the wiring the lamp light was still good but I had bought a new one and had already installed it 🤦🏽‍♀️ Have your wiring checked before buying a lamp light. The tire was removed on the front passenger side and cover to be able to see that the wire had been damaged and so my mechanic just went ahead and cut it all the way and replaced the wires with connectors and Walla!!! So I have a spear lamp 🤦🏽‍♀️ hope this helps.

I'm thinking about installing switchback bulbs that I have to wire the Drl wire, do I need to use a fuse tap (Add-A-Fuse) on fuse 22 and my DRL switchback will work?

I have a 2014 Chevrolet Impala limited ltz. When I push the fog light button the fog lights do not come on. Do you know where the fuse is located in this year model. I see two on the diagram panel that say L spot and R spot but do not have a fuse in the location it’s showing.

Here is 2014 Chevrolet Impala owner’s manual I found online. cdn.dealereprocess.net/cdn/servicemanuals/chevrolet/2014-impala.pdf In it on page 10-38 Fuses number 49 and 50 might be what you are looking for. I hope this helps as I have not worked with an Impala yet. Good Luck!

I would check electrical issues with your lights and horn, check and replace any blown fuses, inspect wiring and connections, test and replace bulbs, and examine the horn relay and horn itself. Issue may be in the horn switch or horn itself. Good Luck.
