Ok that def explains a lot when you live in the desert I could see spending the money to have one of these makes more sense they're beautiful to say the least an thanks for hitin me up
Pretty sick machines. People that bitch about the price dont know shit. Looks like a hell of a lot of hard work went into those. Price seems fair for that!
@@SinisterSandSports How well does the drivetrain and RPM gearbox hold up with the IRS? I've read that non diff. gearboxes and IRS don't mix well and don't hold up over time and is better to run a gearbox with differential. Idk just asking. I guess if you're running it in the sand that gearbox would probably be fine and maybe not so much for hardpack, woods and rocks? Those are badass machines! Nice job. Oh and what's the ground clearance on those? Thank you Mike
Or the geometry is correct, the reverse is live axle, and like any other vehicle with no diff it will push on cement. The front end also has a little toe for offroad use...
@@SinisterSandSports 30 years building them and yeah clogged the intake, want me to ask my dad with 50 years building or ya want to see who can pee a longer stream?
@@user-neo71665 Based on all the customers that have purchased my sand rails over many years, it's a non issue. If you are one of my customers, and you are having an issue with the intake getting clogged, than I can no longer claim it's a non issue.
You got the 300cc challenger you got the ranger there around 7 to 9 500 rzs are prob close to nine. Eight stock but why not spend 3 grand to just get a fully finished razor
Taylen c you'RE comparing a smart car to a sports car. A better comparison is a new can am x3 or turbo rzr 1000, which still have less HP, a much weaker cage and don't perform as well or are as safe as my 1300cc Sxs.
My car starts at $29,999. People that can't afford to pay outright go for the cheaper monthly payment for a factory SXS and end up spending much more in the long run in payments and upgrades trying to improve the power and suspension, and it still won't out perform my machine or be as safe if you roll it. My car has been rolled in the hardpack at close to 100, flipped 5 times and it still drove back to camp.....
SinisterSandSports baddest side by side I have saw in awhile other than when I had my 2 seated fox go kart buggy front and back suspicion seatbelts headlights I put my Suzuki gsx600f on it and I was walking off on polaris rzr's john deer's can am Yamaha and Honda side by sides
I really appreciate your intelligent and well though out response. If you don't mind taking just a moment more of your time, what i should be charging? I would really appreciate it. I've barely kept my doors open for 14 years and I could really use the input of someone with your experience....
SinisterSandSports I feel ya bro and trust me if I ever hit the PowerBall Lottery one of these mean ass machines will be the first purchase I make! but until then I think I'm just going to stick with my XP 1000 lol
Doesnt matter how well ita buils either when u noise dive it ffr a sand dune and binds all thw suspension all to shit thw firat time out and u say its the best ever its no diffeent then the side by sides suspension wise shocks ya those will cost you Thats all that build has going For it is the shocks saving it ass
I have customers that have barrel rolled at over 100, flipped down hills and stuffed them in sand dunes that were able to still be driven with mostly cosmetic damage. The one that flipped at 100 didn't mess up the suspension at all, it's on his new chassis which was only replaced for cosmetic reasons along with his aluminum work. I have a customer that has torn up multiple side by sides and has been beating the hell out of one of mine for about 6 years. Despite massive jumps in the dirt and even sinking it in salt water twice in the last 2 years he still drives it all the time and only broke rims from big jumps, nothing else. If you don't understand how a frame with considerably more tubing, thicker material, plated suspension, beefier mounts, beefier heims and better construction is better for both longevity, handling more power, bigger jumps and safety, i'm really not sure what else I can say. Good long travel suspension kits for RZR's are $3k and not nearly as beefy as my suspension. So you're saying my complete cage is not worth the $2,999 difference for a $5,999 frame and suspension kit?
Seats to much laid down?, well I'll bet one could take a rather hard landing in that in probably avoid a serious spinal compression. As for the doors... options are good!
