This 3.5 will never be like the old 4.0 V6. You did not have the rev the crap out of the 4.0 like you do with the new 3.5. If toyota just gave the tacoma a 6speed auto instead of this new engine combo...
@@user-oq3lv6lv7x okay, but overseas the Toyota Hilux has the old 4.0 V6 with a 6 speed auto and it gets better fuel economy while still having the great low end grunt.
Pretty sure there is no sport mode...Sport means, U can shift it manually....i.e. it's NOT eco, normal, sport "MODES"..It is overriding the manual upshift so it deosn't go past redline !! Pretty sure ?? !! 9 seconds is not impressive, just saying.... Not knocking your tacoma, cuz I'll get one some day :):)
