Hi Lehew, thanks for the tip on troubleshooting the starter relay. Have you ever experienced something like my Toyota corolla (Altis) 2016 where after being parked, the starter kept cranking until the starter motor was burned? This happened when I am not home and my daughter noticed some weird sounds and they don't what to do until they smelled burning smoke. This was the first time I experienced and I'm wondering why did it happen. Eventually, I replaced the broken starter motor with a surplus starter. To my amazement, after 10 months the same thing happened where after parking the car for about an hour, the car is self-starting and my daughter told me that it sounds the same with last she heard such king of sound from our car. So I immediately got up and disengaged the battery terminal and the cranking stopped. This time I was able to save the starter motor from being busted. could give some of your thoughts on this. Hey r u still around? My 2015 Totoro Corolla the hot wire going to the alternator, I touch it and now my car has no power no where, it’s like there is no battery. I’ve checked every fuse including the 129 amp. Can u help me?
