Everyone, especially Avi, looked as if they were holy beings of which a higher being had granted us the pleasure of having the feeling security and warmth as we listen to their beautiful voices sing us a lullaby
+kamwrites I suppose it's fun to do the big, exciting concerts, but perhaps someday they will do smaller, more intimate venues, where people can go to hear them sing.
saw them perform this at Avi's second to last concert. There was not a dry eye in the house, including his. One of the most beautiful and moving things I have ever heard in my life. The crowd was so quiet you could literally hear a pin drop and it was an outdoor theater.....
This song never fails to make me cry. Now that Avi has left the group, the lyrics, “From now on if you need me, you can sing this song. There's a light in the hallway burning all night long.” makes me cry even harder. But the lyrics are comforting. Now it’s almost like a fond farewell from Avi and it makes me feel better when I’m sad and I miss the original group.
Let's just all say a quick prayer: Dear God, thank you for giving us these beautiful and beautifully talented people. (Especially the one that looks likes your son, Jesus.) Thank the oh for giving us this wonderful song that we all needed to prove your existence. And I'm pretty sure the whole PXT fandom loves and thanks you for this. Amen
I don't know about you but this makes me cry so much. I may be an emotional person but you can not deny that this performance is beautiful. It's like they are angels sent from heaven to share their beautiful voices with us. Such a wise choice of arrangement on the song and having a light in the setting. Avi's voice is so soothing and calming and just fits perfectly with this song. Along with the light. This performance is so pure, so raw, so full of emotion. The way the crowd was so respectful, had their full attention on them, and were so silent to where you can hear a pen drop is just so wonderful and special. Such a beautiful connection and moment to have with a crowd. A lot of artists are not able to do that. And the lyrics, oh the lyrics are so meaningful and precious, you can tell they mean every word. The atmosphere was just incredible. Definitely will always be one of my favorite performances from them. 💖💡
Wow... Just wow. This song is beautiful in the studio version and I cried listening to it but the live version? I'm bawling my eyes out. They are truly amazing
I saw them do this on my birthday at the Bridgestone concert. Best birthday and night of my life. They had a really cool mic they did it with so that when they were singing it glowed. Everyone used their phone flashlights and Scott told me he loved me. They've saved my life more times than I can count. I love them so much. AVI is bae haha MY bae
How could those 5 people dislike this? This song is amazing. It helps me fall asleep at night. If you don’t like the song, just turn it off. Don’t say something mean about the song. They did an amazing job. Who agrees? (I’m not asking for likes by saying “who agrees”, btw 😊)
I'm already planning on singing this for the talent show next school year, that's how much I love this song. Also I was nearly in tears listening to this on Pandora so if I were to here this live I would probably be bawling. And when I'm older I might try to be the person in the chair for let's get it on. Just so I can hug Scott.
My Choir Director chose this for our end of year concert music. I decided to listen to it, and I assumed it was Scott singing the main part... Boy was I wrong.
