what is the consumption comparison between the 3.0 TDI and the 2.0 TDI on an average?

Pretty much the same on the autobahn. Less in the city. Also 3.0 TDI consumes around 6 liters, but in city, it’s of course a bit worse than 2.0 TDI.

Would you pick this car with this specific engine over your own Passat? Last year when we bought our passat, we were also looking for an Audi a4 2.0tdi 110kw, but we ended buying the Passat due to the fact it being bigger than the a4.

There were 2 things to buy Passat over A4. As you mentioned Passat a bit bigger and the second one - it’s cheaper to maintain. Our Passat also has 6speed DSG which is much more reliable gearbox compared to 7speed DSG (S-Tronic). A4 is a bit more quiet and nicer to be in. But the difference between price and quality of both cars tells you one thing - Passat is simply a better choice to live with. :-)

@@muldix The 7 speed DSG in the a4 is the dq380 if I recall correctly. That gearbox is quite reliable, just like the 6 speed DSG in the Passat (dq250). The Passat got the same gearbox after 2017 or 2018. For some reason the passat has alot of windy noises inside the car at 80 up to 130km/h, but when you drive 160 or faster it becomes less, which is quite odd if you ask me.

Čus baterka je dobíjena alternátorem a rekuperací z brzd normálně :-)
