You're reviews are probably the best on the RU-vid, ace. I used them to help me make a decision between a 420d or a 430d, after I'd already narrowed it down from including Golf GTDs and Focus STs... I went for the 430d and I am very happy with it. Thank you for your reviews, keep it up, they make for good viewing and are very knowledgeable. P.S. you're not alone, the Audi 5-pots do something to me too! 🤣
Yeah, I’ve had both the original manual I30N from launch and the DCT model. Amazing cars. Would love to see it featured on your channel. Be interested to see the 30-70 time.
Really wanted to buy the cupra you had on your website recently but insurance really do just want to kill all younger peoples dreams 😭 anyway great video. The 530d was amazing
My pre fl doesn’t under steer anymore, 25mm rear arb, Haldex controller PS4s left foot braking enabled and geo setup towards oversteer by string theory and obd11 to code it all out and off she’s wild now 👌🏼
I watched your original videos on an RS3 and it tempted me into buying one. Had it 7 months now a Daza Car and with the sunroof on tilt the noise is truly astonishing. I absolutely adore it. What a car it is.
@@malachi7208 not much tbh mate! A window stopped working, it has a squeaky exhaust valve and the window trims have corroded but mechanically very, very good. Window was fixed under extended warranty but the rest I will do when I get a chance. Bought on 45k and now on 56k and it’s phenomenal. What a great car
Nice video my friend however i want to just point correct a statement on your video that the daza with the pre particulate filter is faster than the new model dnwa 8y. The new 8y gaps the 8v by a car in a 1/4 mile. That just because audi put more boost. I agree the 8v pre particulate filter version sounds better amd the filters are a restriction. I so prefer the daza cam shaft in honesty. The new 8y which is the 2022 model as a whole is a much better drive which has drift mode and no more under steer. Its a different animal
Correction to your comment in the video that the 2018 model (8v) rs3 being faster than the 2022 model (8y). Sadly the new rs3 has opf filters but due to the slightly increased boost, it's faster than the previous gen.
RS3's are like typical top trumps cars. People who could never afford one, and/or don't really understand how to drive to any level, think they are the ultimate vehicle. I drove a few to see what I felt about them, and being honest, I thought they were numb, predictable, and just safe and boring. The sort of car you can launch to 60 in under 4 seconds, with one hand on the wheel. Traffic light grand prix posers love them. I found a slower car which had much better steering feedback, much better balance, and was simply MUCH more fun to drive. There was another bonus too, it looked much nicer, a 2 door coupe instead of a dumpy hatchback. And the 6 cylinder engine sounded nicer than the farty 5 pot. OG M2 all day every day, and twice on Sundays.
@@zak4531 It depends how you define 'better' .... My last car was an M140i. I had it for 4 years, there are videos on my channel featuring it. I spent a few thousands modifying and tuning it, and in a straight line it was a missile (455bhp/634nm). No matter how much money you spend on them, they are still just a 118i m sport chassis underneath. The B58 engine is brilliant, and the ZF8 was brilliant too with xHP3. The rest of the car, very average. Great as a daily driver, comfortable and pretty economical. The OG M2 is on another level, even if it's not as quick in a straight line, as it is totally standard, but the steering feel, the chassis feedback, handling, cornering, damping, the balance, completely on another level. My old M140i would not see which way this went on a twisty B road. M2 is much better looking, and the sound is actually nice than the B58. So no, I don't think an M140i is 'better', and seeing as I owned both, I am exactly the person to ask for an honest opinion. What cars have you owned ???
One question how is the engine reliability i heard early cars they had oil consuption probles.... piston rings worn out falt from the manufactor vw and audi but i don't know how is this one or it is just a beast :) ? And one more question you are many car reviewer i am wondering which car to buy bmw m3 /m3 comp 2016-2018 or audi rs3 mk3 like this one 2017/18 ? thank you for anwser :)
@@ParagonCarsLondon he tuned it and even got the diff replaced and now the car is on limp mode, one minute it wants to unleash its stage 2 power and the next minute it's stationary 😂
@@stephenpearson8720 na but then he got some other diff that was from a brand I forgot but big in the tuned cars scene and that got broken easily asw so idk, saying that he's got another rs3 anyway and a m3 m5 and m340 so it's not really a big loss lol
