Bajaj Pulsar .. I am facing power drop issue in between 50-60 kmph in 6th gear.I heard the problem persists almost all 1st batch Ns200s. Never went beyond 4000 rpm coz I want to perform a proper engine break in & odo clocking is only 500 km.What is the solution? Please guide me how to explain them during the time of service. I had 2 pulsars(150,180). So I well known about your service center guys problem solving capabilities (read is sarcastically).. 2- Leakage on exuast chamber. 3- When Radiatior fan kicks in, the bike feels too lathergic. I can just pray that right leg won't be roasted tondori leg piece someday.😸 It's annoying . 4- Not able to set the clock inspite of using proper setting guide. All apart this is a beautiful crafted machine, very practical, Parimeter frame performs precisely.. My utter surprise, it feels so nimble inspite of additional weight.

+Gabriel Husin it's the best 200cc street naked available in India don't know about Malaysian market but in India this is the most preferred 200cc bike and worth what you pay for maintenance is not that high.

Rev It Up nice! I've tried this, RS200 & V15. seems that NS200 is the best of the 3. simply good & doesn't break the bank to own it.

sathya nagesh both the bikes are reliable and maintenance cost is almost the same riding r15 in the city and long rides might be a problem if you're a tall guy the best I can say take a long test ride of Yamaha R15 and experience if there is pain in back, wrist and arms the sitting is aggressive where as NS200 is more practical.

what do you suggest for tyres.. I'm planning to switch to MRF after monsoon or 5k kms already done 2k on it...

buy MRF which comes as stock they provide good grip and cost is reasonable

+Kashish Gupta yes the oil leak will be sorted after service visit I'm not facing oil leak on AS200, use rubber valves to reduce the buzzy sound that's what i did

Bharath Raj this bike is definitely better than Pulsar 220 in every aspect suspension setup, performance, comfortable, braking, engine refinement, tyres, headlight etc for touring you can install after market wind shield for protection from wind blast go for it ☺ you'll be more than satisfied

unni kuttan if I've got the cash I'll go with Dominar 400 but as you said you want it for 50km daily commute go with NS200 as the bike is the cheapest of all and maintenance is also less. The FZs gearbox is hard for my preference the down shifts were too hard. never got a chance to ride a d250 though so can't comment on that. d200 is out dated and looks out of fashion. rs200 performance is same as ns and abs + fuel injection and fairing for extra cost.

as per I know there is no confirmation from Bajaj as NS with ABS so can't comment on it

It totally depends upon hope the vehicle has been assembled and overall design. If the bike is new it should not vibrate if it's old then definitely it's going to vibrate and cause pannel to loose

Anthony D'Cruz it's not problem with all bikes it's with some bikes changing the bolts and fitting one with anti damping rubber washer will solve this issue
