I thought she marched bass this season? I believe the Indian guy is also a tenor player. Nonetheless I like this if all the drummers are playing snare.
Five months ago someone asked if the opening part is "Electric Wheelchair". What makes more sense is...... "Legend of the One Eyed Sailor". Check it out. Your ears will tell you I'm right and I'm not even a "drummer". I just recognized the riff. Although I thought this show was really boring, that's pretty clever.
It’s an homage to when they played Legend back in 76.... and 78... and 79... maybe 77 too? Idk they played it a bunch back in the day. But regardless the entire opening of the show has a bunch of old school homages, from the “off the line” start, and then later you hear various instrumental riffs of Chanel One Suite, La Suerte De Los Tontos, Blue Rondo a la Turk, and a few others I can’t recall. It’s a cool concept. But not my favorite show by any means.
Flarfatron i wasn’t insulting them. Though there is a bit of dirt, they sound really clean for having 16 snares. Unlike my band, which has dirt with only 4 snares.
clash123 you can, it’s mainly to make sure the stick can bounce off the head of the snare. I’m a tenor drum player, so I find tuning tenor drums much more annoying.
Legend of the one eyed sailor, lit. Not a huge fan of this show, however I dig it. Would have been Cooler if they did Legend, La Sureta, and any other old BD tunes
kenny james not exactly. Check out Legend of a Two Eyed Soldier from Rudimental Cookbook. Also, Dave Weckl, Vinnie Colaiuta and Steve Gadd did a trio drum piece at a buddy rich tribute in ‘89. Pretty good - m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tXSQvQEs3wA.html
