Thanks! Yeah I installed the Full Race intercooler knowing in advance that the stock location was no good. Then I laser scanned it multiple times and spent lots of time on the computer modeling it. Let's just say there isn't much wasted space now.

Cruiserhead 1 Thanks for the question. It’s just due to the fact that the winch can pull 469 amps at full load. So you would need to fuse it for at least 5-600A. The battery can’t put out much more than that. So even if there is a short with a 500A fuse, it would be bad. So at that point, adding a fuse is just anding a point of potential failure.

In this video, I'm running a pair of Rigid DOT/SAE lights, so cheap spot lights, and a set of little KC HiLites. Then in this video, you can see me installing the pair of Baja Designs Squadron Pro flush mounts. I just added 4 Baja Designs LP9's to it as well (not shown in the video).

Thanks...do you also sell the wiring kit you used for the baja designs lights? Love the winch and that will probably be my first purchase....well and of course the intercooler since it has to be moved.

Eric Wang not at first. But after taking it off a bunch of times it does.

On my 2013 Raptor I did a similar winch install and I just rotated the bracket 180 degrees. Screws on the bottom. Problem solved.

Front plate? Sorry to hear that you live in a state that needs one. Just kidding. I've seen brackets like Curt mentioned. Should work if needed.

TDGarage thanks for the note. I have heard of only very few instances where there’s been a cooling issue. I do have a rear winch mount coming out now that you just need to relocate the spare tire. Just fyi.

Is the intercooler relocate kit pretty straight forward to install?

Curt Davis go to the "full race" website they have a downloadable PDF file with a well written instructions. But to answer your question. I think yes it is straight forward but depending on what package you have on your truck, how much you want to mod your truck, warranty issues, how mechanically inclined you are, how much you want to spend and how much tools you have will vary this opinion greatly. I priced everything out to be well over 3.5 grand doing the work myself.

It should. I haven't tried though. My brother has a '17 Platinum F-150 and looking at it, I don't see why it wouldn't. The grill is obviously going to be a little different, but the way I made the fairlead mount, the distance that the faillead sticks out is adjustable.

It does work on non raptor ecoboost trucks. 15-17 for sure. I have done it on my 16

@@hybridtuner I have a 2016 ecoboost and I would like to do this. I have a full race intercooler and winch. Where does the winch sit in relation to the intercooler pipes? and pics you could share please?

You have to have the 2017 and up piping for the intercooler. Unless full race has changed the 2015-2016 kit the winch won’t fit. When I first bought my intercooler I ran into this problem and had to send the piping back to them and get the pipe kit for for the raptor. I did a lot of research and sent pictures and videos back and forth to figure this out but trust me. It does not fit with the 16 piping. Check out my Instagram @a.cecil there are some pictures there. peterk814 if you’re “lucky” to live in a state where a front plate is mandatory, we do make a plate relocation bracket that mounts to the front tow hook.

@@extspence thinking about doing the same. Only worry is the extra wheelbase making breakover angle a lot worse..I don't wanna get the underside caught up at all my favorite offroad places 🙁

@@benwilliams9172 You have to look at things totally different. Wheelbase will get you. But the Raptor can jump! Just replace those favorites with speed and jumping places. I did upgrade to around 550 - 575 hp. Feels so much better than the Jeep when accelerating.
