2001's are the best, Nike quality went down after them for the royal retros. 2013 had shit leather and these 2017 look nothing special

Need this '17 pair if quality is like the newest blk/Red. Love my royals, but the quality of the '13 makes them sooooo uncomfortable to wear. I wear them so much & they're still not broken in lol.

@dunksrnice I had a pair of 2013 black/red 1s in a size 8 and they were kinda tight because of the leather being stiff. Should I go with a size 8 in these with the leather being softer? Thanks in advance!!

I would stick to the size 8. the leather is different and will make all the difference.

I got my pair early through the GOAT app and my laces came the same way as yours. I wear a size 9.5. However, the Royal Blue color looks very bright on video and pics as supposed to in hand. I assume that the camera normally makes colors more brighter than what you see with your own eyes. Maybe you can confirm that Rolo?

I am sooooo glad I was able to cop these at retail. I had just paid resale (something I rarely ever do) for the Atmos Air Max 1 "Elephant", so I would've really hated having to pay resale for these. ...which I would've done, as these are easily the release I wanted the most this year from JB (even more than the KAWS 4s). 1's are prob my favorite Jordan as of now, and since I missed the 2013s, these were a MUST. Btw, great video! You got yourself a new sub. That's dope u have the '85s AND the 2001s. Are the '85's still wearable? I know a lot of people wouldn't want to wear a shoe that looks so "beat", but w/ certain outfits, "beat up" 1s look better than "clean" pairs. But you know this, I'm sure. Peace!

Appreciate it the story! Yes all 1985 1's are wearing including the ones in the video. If they're beat they're just easy to wear with whatever, it's what i do with my beater 1985 bred 1's.

retro models have jumpmans and usually if Jordan Brand tends to bring back a classic, they have the option to do a jumpman or nike air brand.
