Celador 14 we hope so,as malaysian,i never had a chance to see live f1 race due to college... 😭,really hoping that f1 will make a comeback soon in the future
I agree and it's good to see a comment commending Bottas. A lot of people have commented on his poor time, but his job was to back up Lewis, not challenge for a podium. That battle with RIC was excellent.
Very mature sportsmanship. You can feel how much RIC absolutely loves the fight. He seems joyous in the act whereas everyone else seems deadly serious.
Moonstone Knight he did pretty well at times in first part of the season but he was 0.7 seconds slower than hamilton this qualifying and not just this qualifying. My memory is fine thank you Maybe you should work on your interpretation
Harry Verolme apparantly. NOTso great and according to the track last race there to much money and not many returns i read it in wiki. (Rip sepseang grand prix f1 course ) i gues idk lookip ppl i need a better understanding though idk about moto gp ?
Loved being in Sepang. Hot, humid, sweaty, new people, getting deaf, meeting everyone with a smile, new experience, chance of a lifetime. Absolutely awesome. Thank you Sepang and Malayasia. Regards )))
Look at his performance Canada, his front wing was damaged by that idiot Crash-Happen and he pitted on lap 9, coming back in last, STILL made it into 4th place on a track much harder to overtake on than Sepang. And then AGAIN in Mexico
Why are we dropping Sepang again? This was such an awesome race, and Malaysia has been a wonderful track, giving us enjoyable races throughout the years...
@@luqmancrimez95 Exactly. For most locals (including me), some of the ticket prices (especially the Grandstand seats) cost nearly the same as the beginners salary (about RM1k plus), the "cheapest" ticket you can buy is the Hillstand "seats". Like you see in the video, it's not 100% full house compared to MotoGP (which is way more affordable for the locals with Grandstand seats cost around RM100 plus if I'm not mistaken).
Loque Man its not about tickets collection , they dont even care about that and they got much more with sponsors money , its just the contract ended thats all
Rewatching this made me realise that how great races were at Sepang. A lot of action, lot of side to side battles and a lot of overtaking. This might be (for me at least) the best track that Hermann Tilke has ever built.
The Sepang track in Malaysia is clearly among the best in the world. We need the races back in Malaysia right away and as replacement to the Russian Grand Prix !
Forget the 2021 season . What he has achieved in 2015-2020 seasons is incredible 💥 Fighting the mighty Mercedes and Ferraris and earning these podiums . No One ever did that in a Formula 1 history by not driving the best cars .
@IIvelocityII in 6 proper seasons 20 wins is great considering mercs had the best car by far then Ferrari, he’s driving against legends and then take his age into account
Malaysia Gp one of th best races Ive been to and one of the best tracks ever. Was there for the first race in 199 as a 8 year old kid. N im back thr again tis year. I really hope to see you back in the Formula 1 Calendar i'm sure you'll be back Malaysia. Thank you. #Formula1 #MalaysiaGP
Räikkönen could won this whole shit easily. Im so done. First Ferrari steals Kimi's wins in Monaco and Hungary and then when he has chance of doing doing his own race (Not helping Vettel) they can't even make relieble turbos. Bwoah.
Seriously, you rule Seb! The best driver of today and the only deserved 4 time consecutive WC! That Stroll what was he doing? Autoscooter or pingpong. C'mon really?
Winner of the Day: Max Verstappen Driver of the Day: Sebastian Vettel Maldonado of the Day: Lance Stroll (sa)Uber of the Day: Pascal Wehrlein Fidget Spinner of the Day: Jolyon Palmer Torpedo of the Day: Daniil Kv... oh wait
hope sepang returns it was the first circuit which later lead to f1 expanding its branch to other new venues in asia and middle east as well as new circuits in europe 1999-2017
The point is, why pass Stroll in the first place? You don't get a trophy for beating every back to the pit lane. There is plenty of rubber to go around. He was going much faster than Stroll and probably surprised him I still blame Vettel for that. If Singapore proved anything it proved that VET does dumb things. Malaysia proved it again.
Why was it a sin to pass Stroll, It was Stroll's fault for not looking before opening his steering to go wider. If you were walking and decided to change direction resulting in you bumping into someone, you'd apologise. Same with a car, you'd look before changing lanes so you won't hit anyone and get sued. The point is, Stroll was not paying attention. He himself admitted in an interview he was driving very slowly. So then why pass Stroll in the first place? why not. I understand some people's dislike for Vettel but this incident is clearly clutching at straws.
Sev'ani Lani was not a sin to pass Stroll, but in my opinion he got way too close to Stroll. He could have gotten past with far more separation. Yeah Stroll opened up his turn radius a LITTLE bcz he wouldn't expect someone to be half a car length away from him in his blind spot. While they both have fault, I cannot fathom why Vettel got so close in the first place (and from the blind spot angle no less)
Fast facts: It's the 2nd time of the year that Verstappen is on the podium It's the first time since Bahrain that Hamilton is on the podium, but didn't win It's the third time on a row that Bottas finished 5th in Malaysia It's the first time since 2005 that Kimi had a DNS Vandoorne has now more points than Alonso xD
RatsinHeaven Yes and No, he wins just because before to begin he said" I don't care where I will finish, I just want to have a clean race" He was overagressive, he had 4 mechanical issues, every other one were collisions.. Now he's a bit calm like Ricciardo and he proves that he's talented by winning.
soupe2000 none of the collisions that caused a dnf for max was his fault. He didn't change his driving style for this grand prix he just wasn't taken out and the car had no issues so he was able to use his talent what it is meant for. Pure racing
It's honestly sad that this is going to be the last Malaysian GP in a while. It's such a nice track, we had actual overtakes happening, and the track doesn't just consist of several 90 Degree Corners either. Sad day in that regard..
MALAYSIA IS ONE OF THE DRAMATEST TRACK IN THE WORLD EVENT AFTER THE RACE CRASH WAS HAPPENED,UNPREDICTABLE WHEATER,LONG STRAIGHT,SLOW CORNERS ,FAST CORNERS..ITS A SHAME F1 WILL NOT RACE AGAIN SEPANG I HOPE THEY WILL RACE IN 2023.
Great track great place but its a horrible weekend because too often it rains . To be honest the first thing government should do is to encourage attendance among locals rather than depending on foreigners to fill the seats . Look at how well MotoGP is doing here . 100K attendance last year alone .
2017: Stroll and Vettel collide 2021: Stroll and Vettel are now teammates Edit: 2022: Stroll and Alonso collide 2023: Stroll and Alonso are now teammates
