I think both Massa and Alonso did wrong not to let Verstappen pass at the same time than Hamilton. Could have been much closer and who knows, maybe 2nd race win in a row by Max
I doubt Max would've been able to overtake Hamilton. He admitted it himself, the only reason he caught up to Hamilton by that much in the end was because of the traffic. If they had both gotten through, Hamilton would've been in cleaner air and gotten ahead again.
There's no way he would've been able to challenge Hamilton in clean air, traffic was the reason why Verstappen got so close in the first place. Alonso ran out of room and Massa had no room at all through the esses.

Is it possible to give a better car to Ocon ? He did an amazing start like he often do. Drive well, but the difference is so huge between mercedes, ferrari, redbull and "the others"... need 4 top pilots crash to get a podium lol. I wish see him on a better car today and im sure he was going to chase hamilton :)
Ferrari has had some bad luck in the past 2 races (and also at Silverstone don't forget). Seb is VERY unlucky to not be in the lead of the WDC. Ferrari has done an awesome job this year - that Ferrari is the best car on the grid imho. If the Mercedes had the same HP as the Ferrari and RBR cars, they'd be running 5th at best, race after race this year...

ENRIK Haas is making good use of it. They just overtook Renault and I don't think Toro Rosso is going to score another point without Sainz, though Renault likely will. It'll be a good fight for 6th in the constructors

He did but singapore 2017 ruined it. It caused all those technical issues. If vettel would had perfect launch in singapore I think he would be WDC that year.
@@pena380 I doubt. Mercedes had so much pace in reserve that they were just toying with Ferrari and others. Look at the speed at which Hamilton takes of on the first lap and opens up the gap to Vettel.
@@gautambodke1533 mercedes had faster car in second half but there were still tracks which suited ferrari. Merc had best engine but ferrari had better aero. If ferrari would have engine like in 2018 they would dominated.

Verstappen is shit and he wouldn'\t even have challenged Ricciardo.... Look how Ricciardo scored podiums.... He had similar amount of car failures as Max.
i really hate f1 now... not because im a ferrari fan, but because everytime vettel wins everyone is "HAAHAHAH HAMILTON CRY BITCH LOL" when Hamilton wins everyone is "AHAHAHAHA FERRARI FANS CRYYY LOL THEY DESERVE THIS". this is really stupid, of course i'm not saying someone shouldn't cheer for a driver (i personally like vettel and stroll) what i'm saying is that everyone should RESPECT the opponent, like him or not. FedePWNI Absolutely! I'm neither a Hamilton or Vettel fan, but these two are definitely the best drivers on the grid for now. It's sad to see the championship decided by bad luck. They should be fighting eachother in the front of the race. Personally I would prefer to see Verstappen win...but he has to improve himself more and has years to go. But just a bit more respect for any driver or team would be nice. It's racing...😊

Last year Vettel very much deserved to win!!!! Without the sparkplug and turbo failure he had won Malaysia (+pole) and Suzuka and have 37 points more and Hamilton 12 less = 49 , meaning he'd win by 3 points.
Why are there no American formula one drivers? I think it's because the American public don't want to associate themselves with anything global. They are one hear them roar. its sad that America can't delve outside their tiny box.
