Hi love the routine but think that’s to much for me all the sets am 11 half stone how many sets should I do and how long to do routine 4 weeks or more

i hate cables for shoulders, i feel like they lead to impingement much easier because the way of the tension increases halfway through the movement as they stretch. I don't understand how everyone loves using them for shoulders so much.
