One of the best things about BMW's is that once they are 5 years old, they pretty much half in value, yet a 5 year old 5 series is still an amazing car and pretty much anyone with a resonable salary can have one if they really want one. Once they are ten years old they halve in value again but I probably wouldn't keep a 10 year old BMW as an every day driver as they can be expensive to service once they are high milage.
I quit this video at 6mins when it was released. Now i've come back and watched the rest I can see how awesome this car really is. 5's could take over from the 4's as my favourite BMW series before long.
I just ordered one of these. Got all the same features. M Sport, Executive Tier, Driver Assist, Parking Assist, HK sound system, etc. I wish I watched this video before I ordered though. I really dig that Gray Poplar Wood trim. I ordered the Fineline Ridge wood trim instead. Not sure why. I think I would have preferred the Gray Poplar wood trim. Too late now. I'll be happy with it anyway...
Ordering a Touring version of this car on Monday. We don’t have the 550i in the UK so the 540i is the fastest Touring we can get. Also your package options are different from ours. We don’t have Executive Package or Luxury Seat Package here. We have M Sport Plus Package with different sound system options (HK or B&W), Premium Package, Comfort Package, Visibility Package and Technology Package. Going for Carbon Black with Tartufo/Black Merino leather. Love your videos.
The cool thing about BMW is that my 2011 535 looks basically the same as the new generation. Beside newer tech & better interior, the design & drive train is very similar. It still rides & looks amazing. Good thing because 80K is a little rich for me.
Beautiful car. I love my F10 and looking forward to the G30. The only thing it is missing is the 4 Zone Climate Control. Kuddos on BMW finally having the option for the full Dynamic Digital Display (6WB)
why this color is not offered as a regular color ill never know. would have bought one when they first came out, but could not get silver with m sport. Such a shame.
BMW has lost their vision with the new bmw's sometimes looks like a Lexus or a Toyota Camry in my opinion they need to go back a few decades to try to come up with something unique Drivetrain so far sounds good every combination is ok even with the awd m5 sounds very good but please do something with the exterior and don't get me wrong they look awesome but if you put a bmw next to a Hyundai genesis or a Lexus ls460 they all look alike and trust me I have OCD
BMW 540i saled on South Korea, No M Suspensions, No Dynamic dampers, No Active Roll Stabilizer mechanism, choice only black Wheels, But Koreans forked their money for higher prices than other countries
