Volvo XC60 is the only competition to X3. But X3 is far capable of doing off road duties on a better note. Some serious muscle I say.

p.r Kiran brother You know very well that segment is known as mid size #Luxury suv. and none of us is having this kond of suvs and goes for everydays offloading. even a man has this kind of money and if he has to offroad regularly then he'll go for extra cars because he has not financial problem either. but now a days peoples rarely goes for offroad with SUVs. it's only for showing their level in society.

Mercs have rear automatically adjustable seats, but BMW is still giving levers to pull or push the seats. Dash remains same as that of 2 generations before. No change. Now if the asking price is 60+ for such a car then my friend we have all the answers to know why BMW is not able to take the pole position from Mercedes in India. Beemers just don't seem to feel posh and rich for the money Indians pay.

Raghav Sehgal Exactly what I feel. A 55lac car cannot be expected to give levers for seat adjustment. For all I care, BMW X3 may as well be the last in the comparison of 4 SUVs in this class

GLC, GLE which are direct competitors of X3 dont have rear automatic adjustable seats, they have pull levers for the back ones. Agreed that the interior needs a lot of development. It is nice, but it has become quiet old, bmw need to step up in that part a lot.

rajanajani go for swift is mileage is only your priorities. but if you can compromise with mileage a little bit then go for Grand I10. premium interior + smooth ride + strong built and even its cheaper then swift . swift's price is almost equal to baleno.

In the interior wise I agree that merc makes better but when we have a look at the exterior bmw just rocks its design is better than merc and audi , merc SUV just look rubbish from exterior and back part of them are worst then few cheapcars too audi looks good but from all BMW design looks best of all Just need to work on interior more

Saleha Bano Go for XC60. may be it's not capable to gives you a high class brand value as Germans are used too. but , in reply of your paid healthy money it's gives you better in safety and Comfort in comparison of rivals. even top models of those Germans are far costly then XC60. and don't forget few features that volvo offers are first in class as well.

This cars not worth 50 lacks mate, it's about 25 to 30 lacks tops. Mind you that it's not been made in India but imported from Germany and the Indian government is taxing Then almost 100%.

Jaffar Abdul Baqi NX300 just looks agressive nothing more than that. it's not something that you shoud pay 65 lakhs rupees for that. even Q5 is better than that.

Bhaion , advice chaiye , mera 40 lakh ka budget hai , 3 family members hai , and no one has any specific priorities related to any car type , just that it should be luxurious, so iam thinking Skoda superb l and k , Volkswagen Passat , aur yeh 2018 BMW X3 , I know X3 will not be as luxurious, but driving main maza ayega , please suggest what to do.

The X3 would be more luxurious. I'm guessing u want to keep only 1 car. So it would be better to go for a SUV that can do all. Consider the volvo xc60

The X3 would be way above 40 lakhs. The x1 starts at that price on road! However, the X3 would be considerably more luxurious than the superb and Passat.

on road price of X3 is almost 72 rupees. may be you should go for Skoda Kodiak . SUV looks with luxury.

Why to pay 20 Lakhs extras on X3 when X1 has got same Power & Torque...in fact power to weight ratio is better in X1..0-100 Km performance X1 is better...Do we really have to pay more just for slightly bigger Cabin...Seriously ponder Guys..X1 meets all requirements of X3.

because just look at the on road price of F-pace in your city. it's almost cost 72 lakhs rupees. now honestly if you're paying that kind of money it should gives you something in return rather then Brand Value. same case happesn with X3 too.. personally if i have that kind of money i would like to Go for XC60. because safety and comfort is my first priority. even If you're talking about brand behind the scenes well volvo is the global brand as well. now its different matter that it isn't as Worthy as Germans or J.L.R. but it's due to poor Dealing structure of Volvo india.. that's it

Badly manufactured vehicle. My rear shock was replaced in the 1st week of buying the car. 15 days later my ac conked off. Having the worse experience.
