Aug 1-2, 2018 - Smoke from the Donnell and Ferguson fires near Yosemite filled the valley and sporadic rains cleared and cleaned the air. Forecasts predicted sunny skies, so we were shocked when pelted with a heavy downpour that soaked us. Fishing was good, at times, and big fish made up for the lull between catches. Shunji and I had a great time with Ken Miyamoto and Paul Sasaki. Already looking forward to fish with you next year!
