One of these days one of these rich people are going to get torn apart by these gorillas. Really shouldn't be bothering them in any form whatsoever yet here we are.
If you ever go to this place, don't be an asshole, take something nice with you to these gorillas, like bananas for example. Take some toys to their kids, like a beach volleyball... don't be an asshole, take some gifts with you,
No before tourism they was living in the mountains just find with Africans who left the! Alome. Even when the first colonizer so call researchers who came to Africa and was told they are gorillas living in the mountains. It means that the Africans knew and let them be. It was the colonizers that came and kidnapped the baby gorilla that caused the silverback and the rest of the gorilla family to fight until death to try and save the baby gorillas. That was taken from its family and ship to the united Kingdom, frannce, spain, denmark,Portugal,,Belgium, Netherlands, Germany,America,
Allowing people to get so close to these gorillas is simply awful. Too close. This is their land. And no matter how much you need the money, surely you can do better than this. Maybe have lookout places up very high where tourists can view the gorillas. None of these gorillas wanted these humans so close to them. And, having the one ranger pull a machete out and threaten the gorillas. UNTHINKABLE. I'm starting to think these gorillas need protection from YOU. These gorillas were frightened. And to turn on them! I can't watch more videos from Rwanda. There are way better sanctuaries. And when I hear of or see on videos a gorilla attacking a human ... well, that's what they do when their territory has been breached. They're gorillas. Please change your policies with these gorillas. You're doing them HARM. Can't you see?
Very disrespectful to enter their land and subject them to your presence, whether they like it or not🧐😒 well…It’s 2023 and we’re getting a taste of our own medicine.
This is nothing other than a big ca$h grab by the locals, & surprise-surprise, it's American tourists paying the Big $$$'s to them.... So very, very sad to see this ridiculous unnecessary interaction with gorillas....
i saw another video where the gorillas were playing with the keeper, and the comments were turned off. So i guess people were saying bad things about the human. What I saw was scary and loving. With any luck the world will find out how important other life is on this planet. If we have to play chase, then we have the play chase. We humans are slow learners and have much to learn about the eden where we live.
This is just wrong. It's not a freaking zoo. Harassing them like this. I would love to be able to see the gorrials but not like this. No respect for these beautiful animals
why on earth would humans need to tour their habitat unless it's for research and study. One day they will attack and be severe consequences for the Gorilla's. Unless these people signed a disclosure knowing the risk.
Thankd for trekking these mountain gorillas my friend, you really payed a very big role in the conservation of these primates because some of the money from the trekking fees is used to pay the rangers who protect these mountain gorillas. please come again and thank you
Chances are one was going to attack one of the tourists that pay a substantial amount of money to be there for this experience. If you were a guide, would you just let the gorilla attack your client who you are responsible for ? Then you lose your job and can’t feed your family trapped in poverty ? I live in Africa and have a deep respect for wild animals, giving them their space and practicing absolute caution but I’m just explaining this situation logically. I find it devastating when beautiful creatures are mistreated, poached or what have you / but you must also understand that these guides have livelihoods.
@Jonah I get that but the idea of going in their natural environment and put them at risk is problematic. The idea of tour guides may need to be registered considered and re imagined.
@@rubirose196 to be frank it’s either this or a free for all and poaching. There needs to be finances to protect them in their natural habitat and money from tourism in this form is one of the #1 reasons species are protected in Africa (just reality). Sure it would be ideal if they could just be left alone unbothered but that’s not how the world works
All pictures and video were shot on a Samsung Galaxy S20. The camera quality on newer cellphones are amazing. Wish you the best on your journey, safe travels.
I know they need the tourism money but after watching idk if it’s a good idea to be taking all these people around these animals……that guy had to pull a machete on one of them 🥺 I totally get wanting to do this, I’d love to do this but after seeing this I’m not so sure it’s the right thing to do. I didn’t get the impression at any point that those gorillas wanted the people around them like that….
exactly, these scumbags are following them around everyday that puts stress on them after awhile. they shouldn't be allowed to do this ,only 2 times a year maybe and should have to be farther back and not right on them
Oh my God the Karen! So bad. The one thing you never do is run away! Then the ranger had to pull the machete! Completely embarrassing, stay in Cleveland lady.
What a wonderful experience it would be to see a gorilla and its cute baby; a dream I'll never give up on! My temptation would be to reach out and touch them, especially the great silverback!
Oh my friend, you cannot touch the mountain gorilla, unless you are lucky enough and the mountain gorilla its self touches on you while trekking them but you really very welcome to come to Volcanoes national park and see the gorillas thanks
Good to see so many babies and young gorillas. Hope they can protect the group and it grows. So much bad news about gorilla populations decreasing. Nice video, thanks for sharing.
For Crowley Lake, the last day of the regular fishing season ended July 31st. From August 1st, there is a restricted fishing regulation; no live or scented bait, and only barbless flies or lures may be used. You may only keep two fish, minimum length 18 inches. Still need a fishing license; but otherwise it’s free. Except if you want to enter Crowley Lake Fish Camp, they charge $10 for parking. Sorry, but I have never fished from shore at Crowley, so I can’t recommend any areas.
Cool vid guys I’m working in mammoth for tow days heading out tomorrow after work from here Fontana area I seen that Crowley lake is close to where I will be working at any tips on baits to use any good shore fishing any barbed hooks allowed
