Ryan Plethra, ET thinks he's faster than he is? really? from last to 2nd being about 2 seconds faster than anyone is pretty damn good... definitely the only one able to that in this class. Also I don't know how he's a "burnout" when he's one of the fittest guys... you're just another hater that cheers from the couch when someone goes down.
So... you're comparing amateur racing to professional racing? makes sense. I still don't understand how Tomac impacts the sport in a negative way, other than you not liking him; last season was the most fun since Villopoto retired (in which he won 9 races, not bad for someone who thinks he's faster than he actually is). btw all the top riders train on tour de france bikes... just take a look at their social media, they're constantly posting pictures riding road bikes. Also I don't see why his father being a dh champion is bad for the sport. If you are trying to make an argument for his way of training being too extreme, that would mean that RC and RV were "burnouts" as well. Maybe he's not the most consistent guy out there, but it is hard to argue that right now he's the fastest, he wins more races in a season than most riders do in their entire carreer...

So if you take Tomac's bike and he has a stock, you're going to smoke him? Are you high? You dislike him because he, like every other top level MX rider, trains cardio?
Ryan Plethra If you were even half as good as Tomac, you would be out there racing, not flapping your gums on here. I'd bet Tomac on a bone stock bike laps you in 20 min. on a race ready bike.
