Nice! I used to do the same with a block of wood and a skate. Now I have the ball joint skate and probably used it once 😂 if I leave the wheel on I put a skate under the tire so it will slide right up. I just noticed your tie downs have a cluster at the end of them instead of chains. I like that! They can be used the regular way or the way you did the front with a mini j. Nice!!!!!
@@towuniverse2443 Not sure as of yet I’m trying to learn to watch to what I commit to in general since I’ve gotten busy lol the balance of business and the outside world
no hate, just what we do. On each of my trucks, I have a 2.5'x6x6 with a notch cut out of the top. I never have to use a skate or worry about the block coming out.
@@towuniverse2443 Exactly, it works great. I have two blocks like this on each rollback and on one I've added a 2x6 to the bottom for trucks. They work great.
Control arm skates work great. I don't use them because tool box space is limited and I have more use with oak blocks for a lot of the specialized stuff we do
