I no longer have that truck. It was having issues with the cam phasers. When I would run it after it had sat for a few hours it would make that ratcheting noice when I would lift my foot off the gas peddle. I took it to the dealer under warranty and they said they put new ones it which would have cost me almost $5k if it weren’t under warranty still. Anyway when I got the truck back it was doing the same thing. So I sold the truck back to them for more than I paid for it. I now have a modded 2013 F150 5.0L I need to do a video of that stuck. It’s been running pretty well
No the resonator is still on the truck for now, I don’t know if I want to take that off because it might mess up the back-pressure and make the engine run lean without a tune.
@@sixwheelcarlisle8491 taking off the resonator wont mess up your engine since most of them are strait through but even if they werent it still wont mess up ar ratio
@@ConfusedBalkhHound Thank you, it was really nice. I got rid of it a year ago though because it was having issues with the cam fazers. I miss it though. Now I have a blue 2013 F150.
I agree it was a rather ugly weld job. I was told the shop I took it to did really good work. I was a bit disappointed with the welds visually. At some point I plan on putting the K&N stainless kit on it which exits before the rear wheel.
