Driving at lower rpm's you are killing the engine and the EGR valve too. There is no proper pressure for exhaust to eliminate all the gases.

Nice car. However i don't like the design that front tweeters were buried inside main cockpit.

a good advice, when you want to drive fast, you have to get closer to the steering because when you're in a turn, your arm is stretched and it gives a bad car control...try

rev limiter set to 2500rpm?

Here we learn to shift around 2500rpm max 3000rpm with petrol and 2000rpm with diesel, max 2500rpm.

U shift completly wrong. You kill the clutch everytime. Also at your starts. Too much throttle on first gear run.
