That's why I'm getting one next year my girlfriend wants a SUV because we want a family in the future and I was like "look babe it's a Jeep they are super safe!" 😂😂😂 Little does she know it's a racecar
@Michael only if you can't drive. I turn corner pretty good at high speeds in my Overland and the TrackHawk handles turns better. I saw a Ford SUV flip 3 times on the same turn I did and I think I was driving faster. I did have my SUV in sport mode not sure about the Ford.
I love love love the pure unfiltered joy you feel when you get surprised by the throttle response of vehicles you test! It’s so genuine and I feel giddy excitement along with you!
this is probably the most enjoyable review of yours ive watched, you just look like you're having fun and its so incredibly unscripted. really enjoyed it. awesome looking SUV as well.v
I have the 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited, and it was the king until the Trackhawk came out. The 5.9 Limited came fully loaded with leather and all the top notch goodies of a luxury car but with the AWD 5.9 liter V8 (360 cubic inch) and it will get to speed quite quickly.
Love the excitement of this video, I'm a jeep enthusiast and ever since the SRT's came out I knew they could pack in more power, I've been waiting for this Jeep.
The Trackhawk really is ridiculous! I've never been disappointed. This is not for someone that needs outrageous badges, hoods, or stickers saying "Hey, look at me!".
Out of the all the vehicles FCA has drastically changed over generations, I think they did a beautiful job with the Challenger and now this Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I swear anytime I see Sofyan, Matt, Tavarish, or any other automotive RU-vidr giggle, laugh, and freak out when they do an intense acceleration pull, I can’t help but smile from ear to ear.
So I had the pleasure of driving one of these beauties for an entire day (17 hours) here in Florida. The red key power is scary.. the suv literally squats in the back, the front raises and it launches. Very beautiful vehicle, inside and out.. BUT I must say you can LITERALLY see the gas needle moving down whenever you have it in red key mode and flooring it. Gas mileage will not be the best for a daily driver. Also the middle console feels kind of cheap and cumbersome
Shanti shanti My 2015 Laredo has made my days a LOT easier and happier. Even though it's my first SUV(hopefully not my last), I have yet to put 14000 miles since I bought it in 2015.
You need to do more Jeep videos! You don't have the compass and should do a more recent renegade and Cherokee. Cause more people buy those then this. Love you videos. Long time follower.
Okay, I live in the DMV area and heard someone reviving up an engine and saw it was a TrackHawk just a few days ago (maybe a week). That must have been you.
He drove it 1500 miles and is way more familiar with this Jeep SUV than most owners... and yet the launch mode still makes him say "fk me" and makes him giggle like an idiot... That says alot about how much power this car has... Because no matter how long you drive it and get used to it.. It will still shock you when you press that hammer down and never be boring. Awesome.
I wish people would stop saying it’s German underneath. It’s loosely based on an ML but other than gearboxes and differentials this is all Jeep/Chrysler.....and the quality is not that bad. Trust me I’m a Jeep tech and the WK2 is a great SUV.
D Shin no,that's my main problem. I never had a problem with my 08 300 srt or the hellcat but it's a Italian cars and the parts is triple the price of a Americans car. I'm going to take care of her and hopefully I don't regret leaving my charger. Ather I'm done with Alfa I'm working on getting my dream car the viper.
Dude I'm getting ready to start financing one just pinch and dime anywhere you can I've cut alot of stuff you don't need like I've cancelled xbox live and other unnecessary stuff you'll get it bro!
Nah really 60k. That’s because of the power the motor. But you will need a lot saved it’s several things that go out quick on these. The motor will tick after a while too.
Paul Stan we’re extremely grateful for it everyday! And the Porsche is incredible, we’ll be doing a video on it next month. Waiting for it to be broken in so we can try the launch control.
Solid review! I would say at that price range, fuel wouldn't be a priority. Drove one yesterday and it's an absolute beast! Super impressed with how comfy it felt as well.
The way the horsepower numbers are jumping year over year...I wouldn't be shocked to see a 1000 horsepower SUV/cars from Dodge...they are getting closer.
Cool to look at, cute to drive a short distance to impress strangers but not worth owning or leasing. Guaranteed to break down before even reaching 30,000 miles. Tell the neighbors all the cool features and show it off then park it in the garage till next Sunday for church and grocery shopping. Not road trips or daily drive unless you can afford to repair costs since it will be a regular back at the dealership to fix while they give you a beat up 2016 Chrysler 200 to drive around.
It's $100,000 and looks EXACTLY like the $40,000 Grand Cherokee. THAT'S why it isn't selling better. It's also not LOUD enough. The best bang for your buck is a Jeep SRT. $1000 a month instead of $2000 a month.
I still think you should get one even though you don't like the hood or the labeling. If decide to get one I will debadge it anyway. Because this SUV is not selling it will be a great new or used car to buy bro. They are selling for 88,000 here in Las Vegas.
You either have terrible credit, or you don’t have the money for a down payment. No one is going to be paying $1000 a month for a SRT Grand Cherokee. Lmao
Something landed on FCA Planet(FIAT GROUP) , And Getting everything right in last couple of Years ,Still lots to come i guess ,Love that whine noise of Supercharger- JGC-Trackhawk .Surprisingly back in India Jeep Compass(ok Minuscule than this one ) is also has Phenomenal success & doing well. Its cool to drive as well.Plus don't mix Reliability vs Fun ,You cant have both for the price you pay ,I am with the Fun Factor .And by the way honest review (good one).
When you give it gas and then laugh....it's equivalent to tickling yourself and having a good laugh about it,Great review man!,I had fun just watching it,Can't even begin to imagine how it was like for you behind the wheel.
2014 Ram 3500HD with the Cummins to haul a 21,000lb work trailer. Currently has 78,000km. Front end replaced twice already. Gone through three sets of tires. Roof leaked like hell one time. Infotainment screen replaced because it went black on me. And the best part of all, I had my tools stolen from the bed when they were fixing the roof at the dealership. Never will I buy a Ram again. Every year I walk into the safety inspection shop praying and every year the truck fails it. If it wasn’t for the exhaust brake and the Cummins I would never have touched a Ram. FCA makes very powerful trucks and cars, but deep down inside they are all garbage.
YOu're gonna blame the manufacturer because your tools got stolen? I know FCA has poor reliability but C'mon. My dad drove an '04 Cummins for 250k miles before trading it. He replaced the fuel pump and did normal maintenance.
earnedmystripes I’m not blaming it on the manufacturer, I’m blaming it on their service quality. Your dad’s Cummins got 250k on it because he drove the truck without trailer most of the times. I’m always hauling my trailer, it’s my livelihood. 21,000lb is nowhere near the rated towing capacity of the truck and it’s falling apart.
+Louis Win It's just bad luck. There's plenty of people that have similar problems with a Ford or a GM. They manufacture so many trucks there's bound to be a few duds here and there. My buddy has a powerwagon and a cummins, no issues yet and he does a lot work with them.
It will.......but imo, this thing is gonna be a total liability. The 50k you should be worried about is miles not dollars. By the time someone plays with it long enough for you to afford it, its gonna be a repair bill time bomb. Stuff with this much power never lasts. From what I hear even Ferraris and Lambos dont last more than 30k miles before you have to ship it back to Italy to fix stuff. I'm pretty sure many/most rich people lease this stuff or buy and dump it before warranty expires to stick someone else with fixing it.
I knew before watching the video there would be giggles, not wrong on that, Sofyan had a crisis or two .....Not wrong about the used car market, going to be scary when they get to their 3-4 owner.
Sergio Lopez Probably not because he's test driving those car's on the capital beltway in Dc/Md/va and everyone drive's like a crazy person including me whenever i am there visiting family.
