Great event and good coverage. Great coverage would include how the surfers negotiate the line up. In big paddle waves, (especially a beach break), how you position yourself is a major part of making the wave or not and why.

There were way too many replays of marginal waves, more live action is best. You could see huge sets rolling through.

That was more like the mid break at Nazare. The Monster 100' waves break way out in front of the cliffs a lot further out. But those were still some seriously big waves just not the crazy "Monster" record waves we're used to seeing sometimes during the Winter at Nazare.

Natxo Gonzalez is FROM SPAIN ¿How can the WSL permit this absolute misleading? ... how can WSL incurr in such a big mistake? I cannot understand... so EUSKADI is a country?? When? How? Please people of WSL take notice that Eusakadi is a part of Spain which by the way, I finance Euskadi infraestructures, roads, beaches, etc... with my taxes as the rest of the Spain... This is not fair at all... I thought WSL was a serious organization but this situation makes me think that there are not very well informed workers there or perhaps not well intentioned... good luck with your future but this is not the way...
