It's truly underrated! What a machine! Rides like an A8L, and accelerates like a Mustang GT 5.0, but with phenomenal grip and a hushed, quiet cabin. You literally can press the pedal 20%, and fly away from the traffic. Love it.
I love real analogue gauges. They provide the cabin with so much more class and sophistication. I get so tired of everything being cheap digital screens these days. When you get in to a car that’s all “screened” out, it just feels like an iPad display aisle at a Best Buy.
Wait? How is that so? I have a 2019 A6 premium plus but have the virtual cockpit. I love the navigation displayed on my instrument cluster and can’t imagine buying this car without one.
I do love these 3.0t a6 models, but I’ve seen and owned a few with under 60k miles that had lower end noise and those engines are 10k! So compared to the b58 in a 540 Bmw, the 540 hands down, more sporty, faster and quicker. The a6 looks more aggressive and I do like interior better on the a6.
Interesting take! While both are amazing cars, I personally prefer the looks and interior of the 5-series. It has a much more interesting design inside and out. The A6 is simple and luxury, but the 5-series is definitely more sophisticated and aggressive.
Thanks for the video. I have a 2014 A7 and will probably change it in the next two years. I love this car and the torque of the supercharged engine - you barely need to exceed 2,000 rpm to move around swiftly and in top gear, that is 84 mph! My one concern is that I am nit immediately a fan of the touchscreens, but you almost have no choice these days. How is this 7 speed transmission? Is it smooth at lower speeds? Thanks again!!

I had a 2012 A7 premium plus with sport and cold weather package, night vision camera and B&O (so pretty much fully loaded) and just bought this one 2020 (premium aka base model, because I hate digital dash). Areas where A7 is better: suspension, rear and front sear comfort (don't think you will enjoy driving this A6 for 3 hours as much as A7), steering wheel is much softer and feels less "plastic" and maneuverability. A6 on the other hand is roomier, looks much more modern, upgraded driver assist features, surround system, Bluetooth connectivity is much faster. So all in all for a true car lover, 10 year old A7 is light years ahead. For typical drivers A6 is a much better choice.
@@kosovoisserbia1389 I drove both, but I prefer the A6. The seats are great. We have an A6 in the family and always take it on road trips. Super comfortable car, and it is drives better than the older A7 for sure
Hey! Get yourself a GoPro. First start with reviewing your friends cars, and supplement them with vehicles from Carmax. Go to Toyota, Nissan, Honda dealerships and ask for solo test drives, and film those cars while you are out there. Once you build up some content and followers, you can try going to more upscale dealers. Ideally you want the manufacturer to provide you with cars as a press journalist.
i’m having a hard time now. mind was on a cts 3.6 then i heard abt the 2.0T , then the 3.0T , also have my eyes on a infinity q50 or benz c300… which one y’all prefer ? i’m more of a speed guy so i need y’all’s help frr
They have the same performance from 2019-2023. Incredibly powerful sedan for the stated 335hp. Makes you really wonder if it's worth getting an S6. The performance difference seems to be very minor. I plan to test an S6 as well to compare.
one thing i hate about the car is that it has the classic gauges and not the display ones. i have the same car but not with those gauges it has a full display gauge
Both are amazing and unique cars in their own way. Whichever one appeals more to you :) The BMW is more on the sporty side and has a higher-revving engine, yet still offers a luxurious ride, whereas the A6 is like a shorter A8L, prioritizing comfort and quietness over sport. The powertrain of the Audi is also much different. It is a lower-revving engine and has a huge amount of torque at low rpms. Feels like a turbo diesel. The B58, on the other hand, can spin to 7000, and has the juice at mid-range and higher rpms.

@@transportglobal9682 Both cars are equally spacious. The ride is very similar too. Just depends on what you prefer - an inline 6 with a RWD bias and an 8 speed auto, or a V6 with full time AWD and a DCT.
