I miss my 1300 04 ex accord I bought from Craigslist. First car I ever bought myself. Every seat had cracks from being old. The paint was umm almost nonexistent. But it was super reliable

Please post the video(s) of when you crash or run some innocent pedestrians over!!... Coming up to an intersecion looking at your hand instead of the road. @@DMCarReviews very unfortunate but EV car sales have slowed massively so maybe many will reconsider the rapid ev adoption. Hopefully it’ll lead back to the re-introduction of larger engines.
Just bought one, probably overpaid a lot! But i love it, wifey loves it. Disagree with some of what you said, but that is different strokes for different folks. I also have an M4. The S5 is a real car, the M4 is a toy, my toy!! Still, the S5 is great for my wife, with winter tires i bet it will do fine in colder weather. I KNEW NOTHING about this car and bought it for my wife based on color only! LOL. Same interior as your tester, but the exterior color is distinctive and lovely to my mine and my wife's eyes (don''t care to say which color it is) I got all the wrong packages based on your comments :( Oh well, at least I tricked my wife into buying a sporty car!!!

2005 is a pretty interesting year for the Pilot. For this model year, they changed the engine to a newer version of J35. I don’t know why they did that, considering they ended up changing the engine yet again for the 2006 Pilot. The 2006 engine change made sense considering that the Pilot got a refresh, but the 2005 engine change...the reason behind that is a mystery, which makes the 2005 interesting.
Not the fastest car but it certainly would last forever as older Volvo cars do and seems like a high quality car. Sure newer Volvos would wipe the floor with these on acceleration but speed isn’t everything.
Today's cars are Junkkj not as bulletproof as before especially toyotas not what they used to be its alot less reliable its like thet forgot what they stand for

This was the last great generation of the Accord. If I could go back two decades in a time machine I would probably scoop up a couple of these Accords brand new and keep them forever. I think the next generation (8th gen 2008-2012) was a downgrade from this one your are reviewing. The styling was awkward and frumpy. These Honda transmissions had an interesting design. I have seen one taken apart and they sort of mimic a dual clutch transmission the way the various gears were oriented on two parallel shafts. This probably explains why this car exhibits more sporty, aggressive shifting than the Camry or Altimas of this era.
Who needs leather or woodgrain when you've got a Honda V6? I wish the newer ones (2013-17) offered the V6 on the lower trims, because I would have no problem driving a base model with that engine.
These older, mid-2000's Honda Accord LX-V6 sedans are excellent vehicles to purchase. They last for a long time with proper maintenance. Thank you very much.
That 3.0L J30 V6 👏👏 just a perfect V6 engine ~ Honda’s J series engine family is nothing but beautiful sounding. And I agree the 7th generation Accord has always looked so timeless in its design.
Almost three months in and I’m loving this vehicle! I’m 6’3 and like the legroom and head space. Love the looks (I have grey). The only option it doesn’t have that I wanted are cooled seats. Everything else I wanted in my vehicle it has. Great for my dogs - seats clean super easy and are durable.
I just raced a hemi magnum the other night in my 2024 Allroad 45 TFSI & it's wild to me that in 20 years we've gone from big displacement motors like this hitting 60 in the 5s range & now my 2.0T 7spd DSG Audi with 261hp (weighs 3800lbs too) hitting 60 in the low 5s range & beating a hemi lol. Prob has to do with transmissions when it comes down to it but I got him by a good car length & a half. I think his was a 2008 only like 40k miles on it too. Modern car tech is crazy man. Best Dragy 0-60 I've gotten so far was like 5s flat for the Allroad, & it's a pretty big wagon & like I said it weighs alot too for what it is. Quattro prob had a big reason too but still. Pretty sure in Europe they got these as wagons instead of the Magnum too which is dopee imo. Wish we got more wagons & hatches here in the states man
The Hemi's need to be roll raced, since Quattro with launch control will have the faster starts. Try off 50-60, and that's where it will make a difference.
