I just got mine off a dead guy. Although the corpse smell is only there when it get hot. I'm still trying to figure out where the smell is coming from. My friend says its a haunted car but i prefer to call it the ghost mobil

I'm buying this car this week fully equipped. you just went 2x faster than i will ever go on the highway in the US and it was still quite and smooth... I'm coming from a BMW 5 series and i am super excited!

120K for an A6? I mean, this car is great and as luxurious as everyone will ever need, but these prices are getting a bit ridiculous. It's true that today you can be well served by lower tier cars (even the polos and the fiestas) because they are really well equiped and all tiers getting bigger. But it's still hard to justify 120 000€ for an a6

I first didn't believe, since the base price for an A6 50TDI in Germany is 58.700€. But it's true, in Netherlands the base price is 78.800€, thats 20.000€ more expensive than in Germany.

No matter what haters say, Audi did an amazing job with the A6. I said A6 not S6 or RS6. For sure the A6 C8 is best in class. P.S. it even has the 50:50 weight distribution the Bimmer guys were always complaining about.

I’d choose Audi over ANY car. Even lambos, ferraris, rolls, bentleys. They’re nice but expensive to maintain. Audi is Luxury and sporty in one and i LOVE the brand. Greetings from Slovenia:)

I certainly does look more bolt and aggressive than the A8 but I prefer the looks of the A6 as well~ To me it's one of Audi's "manliest" car designs :D

Basically, would you now recommend a 530 D or 50 TDI? To be judged solely on the basis of performance and driving dynamics? The 5 Series has rather imprecise steering at high speeds, is it better with the Audi?

I dont know what is supposed to be good on 100-200 in 18s with 280hp diesel? My previous gen A6 bitdi with 313hp does 100-200 in 15sec stock so I think 18s for 280 is actually kinda slow.

TickTrance I have same impression after driving new Touareg with this engine. 2s turbo lag and 0->1 accrleration. I had same experience in my Old tuned 1.9TDI with bigger turbo.

It might be "better" than the 5-series, but the 5-series does also cost less or equal with the A4-series. In my country the 5-series is around 27.000 euro cheaper than an even A6. ;)

I quite enjoyed your video - thanks. I just wonder however why you don't elaborate on the real disappointing aspects Audi has done with this car and anybody that owns it knows. The door closing problems (driver's side) the power gap upon acceleration (which is staggering!!!) and the two navi screens which you call luxury is in my view not more than a gimmick (... but ok this is a point of view). However the power gap on the 50 tdi is ashaming and should have never been let on the road. Even the reverse gear needs some adaption ... you have to be patient. It is an extremely good looking car, but there are many problems which should have been solved before letting it hit the road.

If in case Volkswagen Philippines denies my request to indent order a Passat B8 Biturbo TDI estate wagon, then I may consider an A6 Avant Quattro Diesel with the 7-speed S tronic DSG. Probably by then, Audi would have already released an MMC facelift for the 8th-gen A6.

only a diesel. Not a big deal. An old e500 5.0 v8 306 hp 100 - 200 in 16-17 sec. Whithout turbo, no problems, 20 years old technologie and V8. Costs: 5000 Euro This Audi beginns from 50.000 Euro The different you can take to your fuel and inspection for the next 20 Years. And an e500 is not every one s car 😉

120.000 € ? No man couldnt be ! Go for a Z4 E89 23iS. 15000 Euro. 0-200 in approx. 28 seconds with 6 speed manual ;). Fun Factor : 2 Levels above that A6 .

Dual clutch? What's the point of a dual clutch in a luxury sedan? You can't match the comfort and smoothness that a traditional torque converter automatic provides. I don't see improvements in newer cars, just the opposite...

The A8 looks better in my opinion, because the rear light is connected, which looks just amazing! And the front of the A8 looks better too, because the radar and laser sensors are not in the Singleframe, while they break the line of the horizontal stripe in the A6 which looks...nah. Furtheron it´s a shame that they use those fake exhaust sh** everywhere now.
