The brand-new Audi Q8 is the flagship SUV for 2019 with many features and options. This is a 2019 Audi Q8 Prestige with quattro AWD and V6 gas engine, which is available now at Audi South Austin. #audi #audiq8 #q8
Thanks, Bryan. Quite the SUV! In Italy, there's a fuel service provider called Q8. I couldn't help think of that when you mentioned the consumption numbers 😝
The tonneau or trunk cover is excellent for security when you have stuff in there that doesn't need to be seen. Looking forward to the V8 diesel version.
Nice navigation screen at last on Audi’s, it doesn’t look cheap like the others Audi’s...but it needs to be higher up so you can have your eyes on the road like the Mercedes and BMW
Tim Cowlishaw!! That's who you remind me of. Damnit I knew the Dallas area and your look and hair reminded me of someone and I couldn't put my finger on it until now lol.
Q8 has a turbo V6, the Q7 has a supercharged V6. Yes, I use the cargo cover in my 2017 Q7. The Q8 looks much better in that dark exterior color than lighter color. I like it. Good review.
Wow! $90k +,....for a V-6! that must be some awesome V-6!! Edit #1: The rear tires width is awesome! LOL! Edit #2: Decided to give you a thumbs up for total content and effort of the video! Thk you...
5:55. I just saw the SQ8 review and it has an option to turn off the screen haptic function (the need to push down on the screen for the button to register), so that you can just lightly touch the screen just like an iPhone. Not sure if the Q8 has this function.
How much longer do we have to wait for the diesel embargo to be lifted from Audi in North America? We are missing out on the absolute best from Audi right now.
Love the black Q8....I want the V8 diesel version! For $90K? pass....I guess I'm still pissed that we in the states don't get that fabulous SQ8 model...
New Car Spin I can’t say that, as I have not seen it in person. But in general, I don’t like Audi’s new all touchscreen dashboard design, neither do I like Mercedes Benz’s flat electronic gauge cluster. I think they lack an organic feel that Audi in particular used to be great at with their balance of metal, wood, and leather.
Wouldn't trade it for my X3M40i. 0-60 in 4.5s. .85g cornering. I get 22mpg average, 29 on highway. $58k. 3D cameras. Most comfortable seats I've ever owned in a car. Nope, wouldn't trade.
my only audi problem over the years is that cheap ass net that they been sticking on back of front seats since 1995 and it's carried over from the vw line up.....drove nothing but audi in the last 15 yrs .solid well built work horses if you know how to treat them right.
I also hate those net's, back passengers squeeze things in there and scratch the front seats. After a few years of doing so it looks just horrible, hate that design. When I get mine I'll see what my options are in getting them removed
I really like the way this looks, but I'm not sure about the powertrain. I'm not sure this is equal to, let alone superior to, a Mercedes-AMG or Range Rover Velar at the $80-90k price point.
As I mentioned in the previously Q8 reviewed videos, this car is great and sexy BUT the price range is kind of embarrassing: WHY? okay, let me explain this and this is just my own opinion: well, Q8 starting at $67K and fully loaded is $90K plus tax, well thats $100K car. Be honest, if someone can afford a $100K car in US, would they really choose Q8 for just V6 360HP? My answer is , NO. Even though you not going to pick a fully loaded one, let say at least you need a premium plus level, everything added up will be $80K+tax, hmmm, there has a lot of better options that let you choose if you can afford a $80K+ car. If I have this budget, I will definitely get a RS 5 Sportback or Q7 for better family daily usage. The 2019 Q8 is kind of disappointment to me and I will wait for the SQ8 or 2020 RS5 Sportback. Anyway, I like your car reviewed video; it's very comfortable to watch. thank you!
Can anyone make a real car review without the obnoxious music in the background? It’s so bothersome you can’t watch the video. Since when do we need music to see something. Your not making a movie. These frequencies are in a negative connotation. Love the car but this has to go.
But don't EU prices include VAT? In the US, you add sales tax on top of the price you pay, and your price could be 1%-6% off sticker, depending on the dealer.
New Car Spin seriously though, I’d buy one, but I’m scared all of a sudden the dash will light up and the engine will stall in the middle of the freeway!
I never understood why dealers allow people to drive brand new cars. If I were a customer paying that kind of money for a brand new car I don’t want anyone taking it out for a spin or simply using it. Is this a thing in America?
I don’t understand why you refuse to mention the horsepower of the engine. It’s a basic spec that I would never simply ignore and just “focus on the emotion”....lol. It’s 335 HP just to help out those who want to know. You might want to consider adding 30 seconds of basics about engine, torque and transmission to your videos like most of the serious reviewers on RU-vid.
It seriously doesn't matter. Look at the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. Sure, it has a twin turbo V6 but everyone complains that it's held back and crippled by the slow 7-speed automatic. If that's true, then why bother with 400hp?
I use to own a 325i, X5 and now a Lexus GS; paid for them in cash. My salary raises must be slowing down, because I can't afford the prices of these new luxury cars. Are you guys in the same boat? I can't afford a 90K car.
