2019 CFMoto Uforce 1000 review

@@ATVGUYS Sorry for not posting sooner. Overall we are very happy with our machine. We installed front and back wind shields right away. We had a couple of miner issues and they were promptly rectified by our dealer. The only things I am hoping that can be improved upon are the doors,,too flimsy.. the center console in the seat..and my biggest urge is having to remove the rear tires to grease the suspension arm. Unfortunately where we live the trails are not very wide and the body it taking allot of abuse. One thing that we experienced here and our one trip in Northern Ontario was the lack of ground clearance,,have to really pay attention to your trail conditions! As you are probably aware there are allot of aftermarket products for this unit now and with that being said I can see a 2 Inch lift in the near future.

@@randybrosseau1630 No problem, I appreciate you taking the time to get back to us with your feedback. One thing, you can easily install un to 30 inch rubber on it. I tried a set of of Traxion Alphas and it kicks it up quite a bit without altering the suspension geometry and it solved the issue for us. Rides like a champ.

@@ATVGUYS Thanks for the info on the tires, I was thinking of that as well and that would't mess with the warranty. Did you put them on the stock rims and did you do the same as stock with a wider tire on the the rear? Thanks.

@@randybrosseau1630 Honestly, i'd kick it up a notch and get some cool looking 14 inch rims with a wider offset like a 4+3 or 5+2. It changes lateral stability noticeably and looks great. If you want to keep your stock wheels, I much prefer installing four 10 inch wide radials. The reas are a little wider but that inch wont change much on a 10 inch truck type tire. it makes it a little more nervous on the front end and if you ride in winter it will make it lose most of the tail swagging.

The doors will come pre installed on Canadian unit off the showroom floor included in the price. We will see what CFMoto will do with us on this model... Maybe they will let us molest one long term?

ATV GUYS No doors included on the UForce in the states, we got nets.🙄 Doors will be an upgrade and additional expense. 😐

How do you like it so far?

I love it my wife loves it our dog loves it. I’ve got 255 klm. All lowing fn snow. But the 72 inch Plow makes it so ez. And warm and dry heated seats and frount and back windows a must I’ve only got the net. Doors and my god with both seat heaters on. It fry’s my dog right out . So I turn her side down

Sorry I'm along late. Squeaky UTV brakes are normal. All of them. They are heavily metallic pads... mix that in with dirt getting embedded in the pads, and you'll have squeaky brakes. There shouldn't be ANY vibration in the driveline. None. And no funky noises in the CVT. I would be happy to take a listen but we're on opposite sides of the country. Unless you want to re-locate. Nice weather here and thousands of miles of trails, mountains and deserts.

We topped ours out at just over 108 K/hr. That said, there was a discrepancy on the gps vs the dash of about 15K or so.

The Uforce 1000 is a funly mix of the Ranger and Defender. powertaind is similar to Can-Am, Ride is like the Ranger, seating is more like the Defender, Suspension is like the Can-Am also. Weird eh? But it does work. It's a little too high in pricing compared to the Ranger and Defender 1000 enven with all the nifty inclusions but I was told that a stripped down version will be made available soon for less $$$. Then, it should be in the game.

Most "magazines" do't even put 50km on their reviews btw... it's good enough with my experience level to compare with what's available out there since I pretty much driven all of them, Maybe cfmoto will let us have a long termer.. we'll see. Pricey depends on what you compare them with. This unit comes fully equiped with doors (were'nt installed on this unit) If you compare with a similarely fully equipped unit from brand x,y, or z, there is a significant price difference.... I'll agree with your comment on pre-2015 units witch we're mostly junk but now, they can be compared with any brand out there with a similar model.

Not to pricey! Comes with a wench ,roof and mirrors . For around 14000 otd. You are getting a bone stock ranger 1000 for 17000 then still need to buy a roof wench mirrors and what ever else. 3000 less and has been around for a while . Great machine

@@howdy4596 CanAm Defender HD10 here in New Zealand are 10k more expensive than Uforce 1000 which is 4" wider too.

Wrong, sorry that's 79 hp crank horsepower. My Zforce 1000 Sub-Z ice racer is the same engine and ecu and it barely registers low 60 hp at the wheels.

No manufacturers list their wheel horsepower in the business.

Not according to several dealers.
