Who does your alignments? Because this does change the suspension Geometry quite a bit , you never explained that. Great Installation Process as always.
The customer knows that a alignment was needed and he got one shortly after this video came out. Thanks for the comment fellas and make sure you ring the bell so you are notified when new videos go live!
So I placed my springs in my car yet for the passed two days it’s been making a squeaking sound it has been running great there’s no weird or uneven bounce it’s just the springs
Do you need a camber adjustment kit to get the car perfectly aligned after installing the super down springs or are there enough factory adjustments to align it perfectly?
Do you have any info if installing these springs voids the warranty? I Called a couple of Toyota dealers regarding warranty and suspension modification, one dealer says it wont void the warranty, another says it does unless its TRD brand. another says TRD also voids it. I'm planning to get RS-R springs but also keep the warranty if possible. Also, great video. Concise and easy to follow with clear video of what you're doing. Thanks.
Michael Solis well of theres any problems with the suspension you can’t take it to Toyota because it isn’t the Toyota springs it’s the RSR Springs. As for voiding warranties,if there’s any damage done to your car because of these suspension then yes, your warranty is voided. One example I can think is that the oil pan breaks because you made your car to low.But the dealership needs to prove that because you lowered the car it caused the oil pan to break. If they can not prove your aftermarket part caused the fault then they can not void your warranty
Thanks for the video, Just got mind installed, Came out the passenger side front and rear half inch higher, did swapped left and right, still the same. can u give me some professional advice? Thanks
Do you know what torq specification does each bolt has or needs i was wondering i dont have the manual or in what section of the e-manual it shows the torq specifications
Just traded a 2015 sti for a 6speed SE hatch... is this ok for daily driving no rub or anything? I also want after market wheels and tire.. if so what’s the ideal size?
Great for a daily driver, and fitment on wheels are going to be a personal preference we have MANY on our site! if you have any direct questions email us at help@speedindustry.com , Thanks for watching make sure you are subscribed!!
Why did you trade the Subie!? I have a 19 hatch, xse manual. It's a cool little car but not that fun to drive. My 13 v6 Stang was may more fun. But this car looks sexier imo.
Feels just right, slightly stiffer, just be cautious around speed above average height speed bumps.. my local Costco speed bumps are like 3” in height lol
no current codes for this product but if you find a better price from a distributor we can do what we can to match or beat ti... email us help@speedindustry.com Thanks for watching! Make sure you subscribe and ring the bell!
No we showed what was lowered in each area as they are all different spots and wheel wells are different sizes, car is over all level. Thanks for watching!
From years of experience, most compact cars with factory wheels are 74-80 ft lbs some are as high as 85 ft lbs, most sports cars can be 80-95 and with aftermarket we have seen has high as 120 ftlbs. But just looking up the specs all I could run across at this second for the 2017 and under is 80 ftlbs. When we did this we looked up the specs online. You can look in your manual or call your dealer for Exacts. Here is a good list : extremewheels.com/wheel-torque-chart/ Thanks for the comment! make sure you subscribe we have another video on this car next week.
This I am not finding info on maybe worth talking to a toyota tech to see what the actual difference is and or contact RSR... They list it as hatch back only, so I am gonna take a wild guess and say the rear suspension is possibly different.... if you are really looking to get suspension for your corolla sendan send us a email at Help@speedindustry.com and someone will help find you something if it is out there! Thanks alot and subscribe more corolla stuff coming soon!
That I am not positive its stated for Hatchback so I think the suspension is different per sedan and hatch back. send us a email help@speedindustry.com and they can reach out to rsr if you can't find a way to contact them direct. Thanks for watching! Make sure you subscribe and ring the bell!
i see this is the SE model with the 16" wheels... what size spacers should i buy to get the wheels more flush with the body? stock wheels are tucked in and look ugly!!
Thank you 👍 Same car, but I want to pick it up. Same car, but I want to lift it up. 👆👆From the ground because it is hit by bumps and in the rough land 😪😪😪😪😪
