Excellent R & R on the FWD of that Crafty. I've never seen an axle wear like that, amazing!! I picked up a Lawnboy RWD yesterday for $25. It's pretty rough, but some good bones. Kohler engine started and ran on it's own after a shot of Happy Juice, but it was running away at real high RPM's. RWD was not functioning, hope it just needs some TLC and adjustment.

Gosh, take a pressure washer to the bottom of the deck. I have actually seen one time lady couldn’t start it and the only reason why was the grass caked up prevented blade from gaining speed Gr8 work there . That will save that customer $$

You said the shaft is probably worn to a pencil. Then you take the wheel off and darn if that shaft didn’t look just like a pencil😂

G day Tommy Yrs ago we had manure spreader with 2 levers to put in gear. My younger bro could not put in gear, went home old oil every moving part, it just fell in gear! Do tell us how truck is doing! Ths
