One time, when I was a kid, and still afraid of going on this ride, one of the workers told me about the giant snake. She said their name was Fluffy, and she told me to say hi to Fluffy for her. The entire ride I’m SCREAMING. I HATED it. Until Fluffy’s part, I paused my infernal screaming, and yelled “HI FLUFFY!!!!” Then continued screaming out of fear. We still call them Fluffy to this day.

I remember riding this when I was 4 or 5 years old. I felt like a real hero behind the wheel. My parents, and a few randos, congratulated me on keeping them alive and being heroic.

The fact that he made it to the projector room before he encountered any line in JUNE is just insane.

one time when riding this I had a bag of sour patch kids and one of the workers asked for some and I gave him a handful he was pretty chill

One of the best rides at Disneyland along with the old school Star Tours. I remember one of the last times i rode this was when my friend's dad took us here on a company only night. It was so cool, there was absolutely no wait for this ride and we rode it two times in a row.

I remember crying so hard when I got separated from my family so I was with a group of teenage girls. I was on the right edge and on my ride it went crazy fast, I remember it different with a BIG snake in the dark just jumping out as it was on the right as it grazed my shoulder. I was 7.

i rode this with my family before. i was scared at first, but then the sharp and crazy turns got me hyped up and i was no longer scared. it's very fun to ride.

Man I loved this ride so much as a kid. I'd love to come back to Disneyland one day if only to go on this ride again.

I absolutely ADORE this ride!! But, I've never opened my eyes the whole way through, idk, it just makes me feel... less scared? But, ohh... Those drops are both terrifying and awesome at the same time! and I hate drops! I went on with my sister and all I remember is only opening my eyes to see Indiana Jones, humming the theme song, screaming, and covering my ears because of how loud it was. Never can pass this ride up.

Mi ride got stuck where the giant ball was supposed to “fall” and we stayed there for like 10 or 5 minutes

always pull the rope, always shake that pole. also those caverns in line always looked like peanut butter to me

I like to think that there’s an alternate ending where no one looks in his eyes and you turn right into the gift shop

One year I stayed at the Grand California hotel, we had 1 hr before we had to leave, so on opening I booked it when my friend to Indian Jones, rode it twice in a row and after ran to Pirates. Zero lines

I didn't realize there was a seat belt until the cast member was checking them...long story short I almost fell off the ride during that first turn into the ride trying to get my seat belt on lol

This is definitely one of my favorite rides. I've been on it six times. Unfortunately though the last time I was there this ride was broken down for my entire stay.

I remember first riding this in like 2008 when I was 5 years old and screaming for the entire ride that I wanted to get off. But I still ended up loving it

Me in quarantine: now if I could just get one of those cardboard vr boxes and stick my phone in there so I can still experience Disney if it shuts down.

1998 was when i first rode Dinosaur (the same ride system as Indy) but Spring 2002 was my first time on Indy's ride

When I was younger the part I was more scared of is the walk to get into the ride. The bat cave and all those “traps”. Also I never looked at the guys eyes, I was too scared to. I was only scared of the things inside the ride, not the ride itself. I just wanted to say that. 👍

the first time I went on that ride was last year, during my grad night for HS. I both love and hate this ride, I love it because it was freaking awesome. I hate it only because I'm so embarrassed about how it went. I was so caught up in the ride I was screaming like crazy.

At 12:28 in the top left corner there’s a rock with a dip in the middle that has a skeleton hanging on the other side. I honestly don’t know if it’s part of the whole theme but I cannot find any research or answers about it. It’s not an Easter egg or anything like that there’s no explanation

I would be the most annoying person to be behind in this line because I would stop to look at all the paraphernalia and décor. I love that they put John Rhys-Davies in the video while you wait. It was bit hard to tell what was going on but I don't think that is the camera person's fault. This type of ride is meant to be experienced live and in person where you can look around in all directions.

I do not think the camera shakes enough i can still make out a little bit of the Details of the ride...so on again and this time shake the living hell out of that camera so the Video becomes redundant instead of useless like the one i just watched....i watched hundreds of ppl on different rides with pov footage....no shaking at all...must b the gopro....

I didn’t have my seatbelt on and I wasn’t checked by the staff either. I started to realize it when the ride started moving a lot. I was shaking trying to put it on. I could have died that day, but it was fun lol

1:03 man, the animatronic quality at Disney has really advanced since last I went.

I heard about this ride back 1994/1995 when I was working The Disney Store. It sounded so cool. I never did make it to Disneyland. 😒

Idk why they toned it down but this ride used to be a lot faster and darker than this. Still looks fun though.

Hmmm, it seems that most of the entrances are often longer than the ride itself! 😊 We visited Disneyland in Orlando, Florida in around 2000. At that time, we only enjoyed Magic Kingdom because actually our main purpose was taking a lot of pictures with Disney's characters, especially Disney's icon, Mickey Mouse. I would ride that ride if Harrison Ford were presented as a "guest star" same with Johnny Depp who had been presented as a "guest star" in The Pirates Of The Caribbean Adventures Ride. Even, Johnny wore his Captain Jack Sparrow costume along with his pirate hat.

I miss Disney!! I was waiting for a total hip replacement so I couldn't go the last time I had the chance to... AND I WAS ASKED TO GO TWICE 😭 I need covid to be over for many reasons, including being able to go back to Disney!
