The engine for this car must be 1.0 140 hp or 1.5 tdci 120 hp, 1.1 is slow!

Yes it is extremely slow. I also have one and made a video of it (on my channel) and you can really see that i needed to shift at high rpm’s when accelerating

Clarify a doubt for me, please! Does this model have any component or option that limits the rpm acceleration in neutral? It's just that I've seen this happen..the car stopped does not let it go beyond 4000rpm and fails...and after driving, everything seems to be ok! Does yours have this behavior too? This is normal??

Consumption is good but performance not so good

@@TESTDRIVEFREAK for a 70 hp car it is enough. Even ford themselves announced 160 max speed and 14,9 sec for 0/100 kmh. So 13,71s and 180 are quite good

@@doriancarlier3170 yes but i prefer at least 90 hp at this sized car, much fun and no problem at uphill acceleration or so

soft limiter activates on idle, it's meant to do that

For me is fiesta better in my opinion

I would choose the Polo, but the Fiesta has the best value around

but for uphill was really weak, i would recommended 85 hp or better at least 100 hp version with 6-speed manual / automatic

@@TESTDRIVEFREAK For sure. 100 hp+ is the norm for small cars these days. I mean, look how big the Fiesta has gotten over the years? It's probably the same size of 1990's Escort.

True, 70 hp or 85 hp is mostly for city driving bcs at highway high rpm

Bin zwar kein Ford Fan, aber eines muss ich sagen. Das ist das Einstiegsmodell ohne groß Sonderausstattung. Da darf für den Preis auch mal eine Lenkradtaste so aussehen (wobei ich die Kritik nicht verstehe). Schau dir mal die Kias und Hyundais in der Basis Konfiguration an, da sind die Lenkräder aus Plastik und haben keine Knöpfe. Erst bei höheren Ausstattungslinien haben die alles drin, aber halt auch zu moderatem Preis.

Du hast absolut keine AHnung. Wir haben den Hyundai und Kia getestet und den Fiesta. Mit dem Hinweis dass die ""KOREANER UND JAPANER MOMENTAN DEN AUTOMARKT AUFMISCHEN: DIE KÖNNEN alles!!! besser, schneller und TOTAL VIEL günstiger HERSTELLEN!" eh, NEIN. Der Ford ist mit abstand am besten verarbeitet, lenkt isch am besten, aht die modernsten diosplays, konnektivität, alles. der Hyundai war ne Katastrophe, denn der nahm das Gas nicht richtig an, war schlecht zu sitzen, billigerer Innenrum. Und Meh Verbrauch. Und kostete mehr. Es gibt Leute, die keine Ahnung haben, schreiben aber hier einen Mist rein, und der Normalbürger glaubt es dann. Schönen Dank für die Irreleitung, No Fearness.
