I've ford figo 2016 petrol 1.2L Ti-VCT yes its numb engine till 2.5K RPM. Yes it gets old gen interior. Availablity of spares is also an issue. It didn't do good in Indian market... but still I love my figo put any terrene any kind of roads, no roads, hit bumps at 50-60 Kmph or more and still it handles everything. And if you have twist and turns ahead believe me you'll be having smile at the end of it. I love my figo. Its been the best partner with every going journey I've.

Sad to see the demise of my beast. I drive an abarth punto.. And even after 35000 kms I never saw any other abarth from my windscreen or mirror. That alone ! Still a delight to hold that steering. As always a great review.

I am using a figo since 2015. Even many of my friend do. All feedbacks say it's definitely cheaper to maintain than any car from other manufacturers

You missed another hatchback which is a enthusiast’s delight. The VW Polo 1.5 TDI (now unfortunately discounted) and the new 1.0 TSI Petrol with Manual Transmission. The Polo and the Figo are way better products than Swift, Nios, Glanza, Baleno and I20. They deserve much better sales figures.

I have noticed that reviewers especially PowerDrift and Gagan Chaudhary are biased towards Polo. May be they hate it or they are not paid well. Nobody has the balls to say that Polo is the only hatch that has 4 stars GNCAP Swift has 2 Aspire Figo has 3 Elite i20 3 Also their bodyshell was stated as unstable. Moreover, these brands cannot match the finesse of VW, leave aside pleasure of GT engine and technology used for DSG.

1L Ecoboost petrol would have been a better option for sport model. A lightweight turbocharged petrol engine can be a nice recipe for car Enthusiasts.

Finally there is a car which is appealing to Family as well enthusiast. Baleno and i20 are mass market cars whereas old Figo S and POLO GTs were never been a family delights. However this car trying to tick most of the boxes. Agreed - Ford still makes fun to drive FAMILY cars.

I have a 2018 model. I take my car out for a chai, just to have a taste of ford. The calm interiors with a little humming noise of tires remind me of my moms pooja room. Bad roads, hills everything has become ease. Ford for joy

I drive a 2012 Feb model Ford figo 1.4 diesel which produces 160nm of torque and man i am in love with my machine. It puts a smile on my face when i floor it. Imagine what the new figo will do with 215nm of torque BC

Way better than vw polo in terms of refinement and maintenance cost.VWs service is very bad and very costly. For all those riding enthusiasts VW is a good car in terms of ride quality handling but for a common man it's maintainance cost is not at all affordable.For example it's abs sensor gets faulty frequently and a single sensor cost you 4500 rupees plus labour fed up with vw service please don't buy VW by only looking at its thrill to drive and build quality that will go awry when you start paying for its maintainance.

The car seems to be good. Although, i still feel Ford cars aren't reliable enough. VW polo GT is too long in the tooth, it needs an upgrade. But the German quality, Safety and the Handling is top-notch.

I visited couple of dealers back and forth since yesterday.Went for test drive today.Came out of the dealership smiling. No Second thoughts...If you like driving, safety, built quality and saving money then this is a no-brainer ,Unlike my "Dad's" Dzire which was a "Maruti wala bharosa purchase".
