This is a quick review over the features and functions of the 2019 Honda Fit EXL. If you are considering purchasing one, or have already purchased one this will give you a quick refresh of what the car has to offer.
My 18 Fit has been a God send ever since my mom became ill last March. The Majić seats makes it easy to load up her wheel chair and walker. And since the car is low, help her getting into the passenger seat. Wasn’t what I was thinking of when I purchased last year, but so glad I have the Fit now.
You're the best car reviewer I've ever come across. Love how you took the time to explain almost every feature on the car. Keep it up man, good job !!!
Great video, very informative and straight to the point. I own a 2011 Fit Sport and I have to say I am happy to see that the Fit line is continuing; a great car for a reason.
Thanks for the video! I've been considering a Fit as my first ever car, and from this and a few other reviews, it seems like it'll be a good choice. I especially appreciate that you walked through the settings and options on the touchscreen, that's something I haven't seen many other reviewers do.
What a thorough and meticulous review! I appreciate your hard work. I’ve been considering a Honda Fit as my first car, and I think after the test drive it will be an easy choice.
Thank you very much for doing this. An errant driver totaled my KC2 Sport Hybrid, and of course I didn't get anything close to the dollar amount I would need to get another KC2. I was thinking of stepping back to my roots, using the settlement money for a Civic or Fit, and I was really worried about the difference in technology. The detail in this video has allowed me to ahead of time to know the real world differences that this would present me.
Just after purchasing the car, I drove from Illinois to New Jersey with my trunk absolutely filled and I got 42 mpg. For city driving, I average about 30-35. (I leave ECO mode on)
@@adagemjord I used to drive a 2012 Toyota Yaris, and got used to driving a hatchback. But this Fit easily beats the Yaris. I like that it has push start, remote start, storage space, safety features, and Android Auto. I'm still getting used to my Corolla, but I miss a smaller compact car like the Fit.
Pinky Linky $20,440 plus tax/processing for Ex-L Navi. That price was $2k off factory MSRP. Dealer had a $600 prep/processing but still a good deal IMO.
Pinky Linky Depends on dealer and demand in certain areas. I’ve found Honda doesn’t get discounted very much off MSRP but $22,400 was the MSRP WITH Navi on mine. I’d try another dealer.
Just bought me a 2019 Honda Fit EX as my first car ever! I’m really content and happy with my decision. Good little car for a first-timer and a smooth drive for these roads here in Hawaii
Really nice ! I test drove the Civic but this is also nice. They are good cars for a college student like me 😊 i want something super reliable and good on gas
This is literally the best vid on the car I just got one and love it to death such a fun ride. I had a quick question where is the temperature gauge on it to let u know if the car is warm or cold. Just so it doesn’t overheat which it probably won’t just curious about that thx.
I have the EX version 2016, I am very happy, I am from Costa Rica, the EX version sold here is like a combination of EX and EX-L, a strange market for different countries, for example the air conditioning is tactile, but it does not have Starter button and if they have a palette of changes in the steering wheel, the 2019 version only came to the country in simple version LX and some LX with leather seats (Strange not?)
Could you please use the iPhone app DecibelX and measure the ambient noise on the highway at 65mph? I have a 2009 Fit and wonder if Honda improved road noise. Thanks.
Tim Chandler I have a 2018 fit manual trans after owning a 2007 for a while. I would say the road noise is dampened, but the engine typically runs high rpms which gets loud under acceleration and above 70mph. Overall I'm happy with the improvement in noise at speed from my old 1st gen fit.
It's one of the loudest cars on the market these days. The current Civic, for instance, is significantly quieter all around. The lack of sound deadening help keep this car lightweight, leading to good gas mileage without the expense of a hybrid system.
@ 8:55 "....that way if I hurt a guy and was like 'man, where did that guy go', I could just take a look and see if he's sitting over there" That's so oddly specific 😂 and no one in 4 years since you released this video felt compelled enough to comment that you said that....
Trip Odometer. Not trip ometer. Just saying. Very good video. My 2015 has no volume knob, but I can use the steering wheel buttons instead. If I didn’t have those, it would be awful. Such a bad design for that year.
Its not any different from what I've experienced. They probably addressed a few problems from before hopefully but so far no problems and a proud owner.
The Fit is a great vehicle. Very dependable and cost of ownership is very affordable. The vehicle has a good amount of space too, so if you find your self moving you can pack quite a bit into it.
Omg ..you are the best reviewer...I want to marry you!!! You know your stuff!!! So tired of these bumbling idiots doing car reviews half of them cant even speak they just ramble on and on...thank you your the best!!!
Great question for your local dealer. Each state will of course be a little different. But this car only has a few hundred dollars in mark up so getting a good deal is probably going to be a couple of hundred off. (unless their is an incentive offered through Honda at the time of purchase). However they do not typically run many, if any incentives on the Honda Fit.
I love this car. This car is fits for asian size. I have honda accord 2019 its to big for asian specially the driver seat not for asian..i sold it and buy this car.
I went to go test drive a Civic the other day. I just wanted the simplest one available, well all the extras drove the price up $5000. That is not what I want. I just want a Civic LX with a manual transmission. Well, it just seems like I was asking for the impossible. It is possible, I just need to go look somewhere else.
