Bought my Trailhawk Elite recently with the V6. Need the power of the V6. Adding a K&N air intake and a MFC Offroad 2 inch lift kit. Traded my 2015 Rubicon for the Trailhawk for $22K.only financing for 10k. Next year I will add the Magnaflow cat back performance muffler.
There should be a rear center pass thru for skis or fishing rods and still allow seating for 4. Does the matte black hood decal have a functional anti-glare purpose?
Did they actually improve on the pitiful headlights the previous generation had? Did they get rid of the remote gas door opening that always froze in the winter?
Well, since this is the off road edition, it would have been nice seeing this driven off road. That is my biggest complaint I have with Jeep. They are very relunctant to show the Cherokee TH vehicles off road.
Zeja Güera I live in Brazil, Curitiba City. Here have a Petrol engine, is soo economy do a 15 km/ Litro of Petrol. In highway. This engine comes from Italy. Hugs and Sorry my English. Hehe. Next Year I go to USA (Florida) I like a Mustang and Mazda of USA, in Brazil dont have this cars. hugs.
We have a 2017 TH. Two things that drive me nutz about it: the engine auto off/on and resetting the oil life gage after an oil change. You have to press the gas pedal with the engine off to reset the oil life gage. Most absurd thing that I've ever seen on a vehicle.
They're towHOOKS, not towHAWKS. I would have liked to see some off-road driving, but I understand that may not have been allowed with a vehicle you borrowed form a dealership. Othwerise, good review.
I bought 2019 and at 5000 miles it sits at the dealer with manufacturer's best engineers trying to fix it. Day 15 at time of post. Beware of the bells and whistles and transmission
Have you driven one or you speaking from emotion without sitting your butt in the new KL Cherokee. My XJ had 304,000 miles and loved it. Our 2014 TH is a great vehicle and I'm guessing it will go to 95% plus places my XJ did.
@@jdmjimmy it's not cheap but costing thousands not correct. With a smart key, there's no avoiding the dealership for a replacement. And while it's handy to carry smart keys in your purse or pocket, these are the very places you will feel the pain when you lose them. The cost of replacing and reprogramming a smart key can range from $220 on a Nissan Altima up to $400 on an Acura RL
