I thought it was an incredible statement. I'm just a Florida kid. And Philadelphia. But Florida and just a basic human and I was very proud. I felt that we are all one and that is the idea behind all of this. And there are those that say Jesus had blonde hair and blue eyes. These are the real heroes of society who need to be celebrated and be the inspiration for most of us but being unscrupulous ,ignorant and stupid, we often chase heroism and are being influenced by the so called celebs. Sociologist Keith Doubt describes Handke's use of postmodernist methods in his commitment to the Serbian cause to avoid confronting the truth - without real responsibility and without adequately acknowledging his own pro-Serb bias. President of the Republic of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic honored Handke in 2013 with a Gold Medal for outstanding contributions to public and cultural activities.
