Hello everyone,
In this episode we stop by and show some love to the prelude community. Jeremy, Nick, and Ashlude have been super supportive of the channel and it is the simplest thing I can do. I stopped by and saw some very clean examples of 4th gens. A few of them are actually tracked. The fact that some of this cars come with Hs in them makes them a great project do to the weight to power ration. Awesome job to the Prelude guys and I hope more people get involved with this chassis. #automotiveanatomy

Every time I hear or see of a Prelude gives me flashback to this one time I saw one just wasting away in this driveway. It was in Va when I was working for Amazon at the time. So dope to see them in this video being used and built.

@@AutomotiveAnatomy 🤜🤛 yes I do & agree keep the ludes on the road jus wish there where more Preludes closer to where I live an not hours away so we could have meets all the time but it's ok I'll still attend a few events a year like IFO in St. Louis ect. where this year I seen a few ludes other then my own 👍👍

There is so much badassness in this video, but we have to start with you eating four slices of pizza!!! That's impressive. Jeremy's 4th gen gets better every time you see it. I can't believe how clean that 3rd Gen is. Take a good look at that engine bay because that's what my Lude started with! Great video as always and thanks for the shout out!!

I forgot to mention that I loved the comment on how "everything doesn't need to be K-swapped." I couldn't agree more. Keeping your Honda stock, is a great way to make it stand out these days.

There is room for everything. But people are hooked on the power to weight ration that we forget the purpose of this vehicles. I love both but in the long run it will be difficult to find an OEM example of any type of car.

You asked about the the stock Blade type 5 spoke wheels. Those are OEM on the base model 5th Gen Prelude 97-01 they look great when they all face the same direction but sometimes the guy who mounts the tires screw them up.

Yes, I really like those wheel. Super simple in design but they flow well with a lowered car.

I've a 5th gen myself. You don't see many around here in Ireland these days because of how expensive the road tax on them is. About $1,300 a year...ouch.

You know I grew up living with the attitude that I should have no regrets... However one thing I do regret is back in 2014 I sold my 1996 Lude.. now its nearly impossible to find one, and if you do its for sale for 4x what I sold it for & in worse condition.. ugh fuark lol

I think it is just you. I think you may be confusing boring with smaller. The small bunch of guys were laughing and havinga great time. In fact, I had never seen a bunch of guys just bring a lot of food for everyone. I ate and I didnt take anything. More cars does not always mean a better time. Thank you for the support.

They’re retrofits. I don’t think anyone sells them new. I have a kit that I bought wayyyyy back in the days that I never installed. You bake the headlights in an oven for a bit and take it apart to install them. You might be able to find them used somewhere. Or just order a kit and DIY.

Have a 1998 honda prelude has 230,000 miles 5 spd all stock except for catback t+r development racing direct flow cat nada mas. Color eucalytus green. Son has it now I drive a 2006 subie sti.
