We have driven the 2019 Ram and made several videos here on Truck Central. Here's an actual owner's review. Should you buy one? Watch and find out... Check out the full 2019 Ram 1500 price list: TruckCentralYT.blogspot.com
I just bought mine yesterday man. I can't ever remember being this happy driving to work. To the point where I looked for a video like this to see how other owners are enjoying theirs
Ive driven Chevy's my whole life but after this last one and having to put $2-3,000 worth if repairs in it every yr since Ive owned it, Im thinking about switching to the Darkside and buying a Mopar. They are great looking trucks and everyone that i know that owns one love them!
Drove Fords for 30 years but had a lot of trouble with the last couple, bought an Ignition orange special edition Ram in 2017 and absolutely love it. 60,000 so far and not a single issue.
We have had everything, last gm was a 2020. The Ram is just a better vehicle in every way. I did like my Ford 3.5 Ecoboost but the Ram ride is far superior. I have not owned a Tundra because my cousin had one and he was getting terrible fuel mileage.
That Ram is easily the best truck out there - tough as nails and looks amazing!!! On that all black truck I would install black lugs. Ram trucks are awesome. I’m a Ford fanatic but switching to Ram
I bought a brand new ram 1500 Laramie on November 25 I went up north deer hunting and On November 30 on my way home the truck just died the dealership called me yesterday and said they hope to have it back to me by Christmas the little bit I drove it I love the truck but can’t help but wonder what is going on
I have a 2009 Ram with 5.7 Hemi , it's my daily driver with over 200,000 miles on it. This truck has given me excellent service and still doesn't burn a drop of oil. Yours is out of my league but one day I may pull the trigger! LOL
I bought the 2019 Ram classic Crew Cab with the Hemi. LOVE IT!!! I work 55 miles each way from home. Elevation at home is 500' I have to go to 3,200' and then down to 2,000' to get to work, and back down in the evening. I bought it the weekend before Thanksgiving, and have averaged 21 mpg since then, that's in town, commuting, and 2 trips to Lake Tahoe and Carson City. I set the cruise control and let the truck go. All the way up the mountain at what I set it, as well as all the way down. The transmission aggressively downshifts to keep from over speeding. I never had to touch the brakes. I can't wait to tow my 18' Reinell 181
I purchase the same model truck about a month ago and I love it. The one feature that won me over was the 12 inch Uconnect screen...it's on another level.
Had a ‘98 Ram and had one issue in 11 years! Picked up a 2019 Laramie about two weeks ago. Absolutely love it. Had BlueScreen issue with Backup Camera, did firmware upgrade and since then saw one black screen issue on camera. Haven’t taken it in for that yet. Camera issue is common to the UConnect systems. Other than that solid truck for the first 2 weeks! Curious to hear about others with backup camera issues. Strongly recommend this truck! Briefly looked at Silverado, Sierra and Tundra, before doing the Ram, but the interior package blew away all the competitors. Wasn’t interested in the F-150’s, nothing wrong with them though! There’s got to be a reason why it’s the best selling truck ever. Color - Granite (dark Gray). Lowest end Laramie, basically a higher end BigHorn with a few luxuries. 19 speakers!!! Need I say more!
Great review and beautiful truck. I won’t sugar coat mine. There are many things I love about my 2019 Ram sport 1500. I got the maximum steel metallic I absolutely love the colour and haven’t seen any in town yet with the same! My few issues are, it sounds like an open door wind type noise from the back passenger door area over 70km/h, creaking window/door seal on driver side, rides not quite as smooth as my 2013 Tundra did (now the payload is more so that might be why). And I’ve had a camera black out and reverse camera get stuck on more then once. Other then that it’s an amazing truck it’s fun to drive, lots of power, love the 8 spd trans, love the cargo storage and cab space. I find the sport seats a little too hugging on the hips I’m not fat but I’m a decent sized guy haha. The back seat bolsters are perfect! Great review love the black out look. I wish my truck had the black wheels. I just have the chrome 5 spoke wheels. I really like the 22” wheels some of the sports come with! I’ll be getting aftermarket 20’s come spring time with the factory rubber I took off the stocks for winter. Should look good. No lift or level for me on this truck leaving completely stock except wheels for summer.
