It’s a “Arca Swiss rail” not rrs rail. That’s a universal standard for which there are hundreds of manufacturers. Rrs did not invent this and they have many competitors. Just want to give credit where credit is due.
Arca-swiss is just a type of rail made by multiple companies that does not have an exact specification or hold tolerances well. RRS standardized the dimensions and made it open source for others to use, which most companies do not. If you want to use lever release clamps it is extremely important. Yes have a good understanding of the gear your using and absolutely give credit where it is due.
