@Brock you have to be kidding me? I've never seen a BMW run this good on the track. They are so finicky and electronically controlled few attempt this feat. Very nice. Waiting on next video.
@@BrockDavidson I know. I have my own GixxZilla. I watched the GixxZilla series, bought the bike and ordered all of your bolt-ons. Its Stupid-Fast. Thanks
"I'm going ahead and going to flip you around." I was listening so close and busted a gut. Great content. Super happy with my '16 XR stage 2 tune. Nice work guys.
I'm super excited to see this vid! I ordered the M 1000RR Competition way back this past January and hopefully these goodies will be all figured out and ready to go WHEN EVER BMW DECIDES TO SEND US GUYS IN THE US OUR FRIGGIN BIKES! LOL. I can't wait to be able to compare it side by side with the Bmw S1000RR M and figure out just how different they really are from each other. I love the way this 17inch Titanium exhaust system looks on this beamer. It just flows so good with the Bike compared to other existing exhausts, we already no it makes power LOL! Awesome job man and I'm curious if this exhaust would be a good fit with the motor and head work done on the new M1000RR?
That BMW variable valve timing sounds like the old Honda VTEC setup if there is a third lobe on each camshaft that locks into the high lift and lobe at high RPMs that's the old school Honda VTEC
The brentune has me chasing sportbikes on my sport touring. 😅 Makes me really want to get the RR. That's crazy powerful man. They also have a flex fuel sensor and tune for it and I have plenty of E85 around me. ✊
Geeeeeez Fondon can ride a stock wheelbase Super Stock Bike. Time will tell if the BMW will go quicker than Fondon's own bike...Fondon did say 8.50s are possible and Brock didn't say no. Get all that power to the ground and for sure we'll see something special for sure...Great vid once again
Other great video brock.just wondering ball park what AFR do you look to get on a normally aspirated bike and then a super charged Kawasaki AFR when tuning them
That depends on the application. We show our AFR in all of our dyno charts for a particular bike/project. This bike liked 13.4-13.6 - the H2's are different and listed also. This might help you? bit.ly/2EJ1zAV
We intend to extract the best possible performance from the Gen 3 Busa also. Please be warned,...it will be restricted like no other Busa, so it will take time and patience.
Closed looped will always be better than open loop just hate the Japanese bikes don’t have it yet.Even with a “perfectly” tuned open loop Ecu flash the Ecu isn’t intelligent enough to change its adjust the fuel tables..Flash Tune has closed loop tuning tools for some Japanese bikes but havent seen anyone use it yet.BMW has raised the bar for sure in the motorcycle world...
That depends on what your idea of "best" is. The 2020 S1000RR is more powerful on our dyno...but the current Super Stock Drag racing National Record is held by a ZX-10R.
That's the peak limiter coming in at 15K RPM (!!). Even with the injectors cutting fuel, there is still unburnt fuel in the pipe that ignites as the ignition pulses.
@@BrockDavidson I guess what I mean is I wanted to be able to buy the ECU flash directly from you for a 2018 Z x14r. But I realized that you no longer use Don Guhl. So I was wondering if he was going to do flashes for you in the same way for all the bikes. I’m kind of lost as to who to go to for an ECU flash now
@@BrockDavidson wow. I thought they looked familiar. Gonna start hitting the track at kilkare next year so I’m probably gonna be bugging you guys over the winter to get my zx14r ready!!! Thanks for all you do Brock!
