I know about the personalized keyword. I have personally even used it and renamed it on many vehicles in 2019 when this iDrive 7 was launched. However for the 2020 update this feature has been taken away for now. It may come back again with a software update. Maybe the personal keyword was being abused and that’s why it was taken away.
