My biggest question would be if there was a 200lb passenger in the hellcat as well because I thought when you got out of the zl1 you was going to be getting in the hellcat to show the difference between if the zl1 had a passenger and hellcat didn't then go the other way.. we don't know if the hellcat had a passenger and if they didn't that is a big difference right there.. I guarantee if the hellcat didn't have a passenger if Ron would've gotten in the hellcat we have much different race.. thats a 400lb swing if you take 200 lb person out the zl1 and then the get in the hellcat and yes that can make huge difference. Ive seen races where specific car won them passenger jumps in the car who won the first race then they loose.. All im saying is we only saw 3 people and there was always 2 in the zl1 never the hellcat would've liked to see more fair comparison since these are stock cars

What tires have you got on the Camaros? is it the Stock falcon goodyear? if yes, then do a 5 sec burnout and try again.. those tires need to be warm in order to bite well. Also make sure rear tires are properly aligned as stock ZL1s has issues with alignment which makes it spin and lose traction unequally

Since 2013 when they were introduced they always had autos in the zl1. We’re never Manuel only. The C6 z06 & zr1 were Manuel only but not the zl1.

Against a Regular hellcat, the zl1 would barely win, the weight difference would make it a fair race because the hellcat got more power but weighs more. but the redeye is almost 100 more horsepower than a regular hellcat, so which means in order to make it a fair race, the Camaro would either have to be much lighter or somehow have at least 700 horsepower. It’s 2 different trim levels. Too bad the Camaro doesn’t have a bigger trim.

Stock A10 ZL1 will beat a stock A8 Hellcat. Plenty of videos of that. However, even as an owner of a ZL1 myself, I know I'd get beat by the redeye. That being said, the redeye's are basically 90K+ wherever you look now if you want one under 10k miles. For a ZL1, you'll find decent ones for 60-70k with under 10k miles. I think the ZL1 is the better bargain considering you can take corners considerably faster too. And before I get any haters...I had a 392 before this ZL1 and I had a redeye on order that dodge was taking too long to build. I'm about as unbiased as it gets here lmao.

As the owner of both, a 21 Redeye Charger and 23 ZL1, two cars for 2 diff purposes. My Redeye is nice to cruise in but ZL1 is so much more fun to drive drive. Redeyes goes straight, ZL1 goes crazy on any road type. On a canyon run, theres zero possibility for my Redeye to even keep up with my ZL1. If I want to keep up with Porche I drive the ZL1
