Dude it’s a 300 400lb difference with 4100 lbs gt500 with 760 hp probably 775hp with intake, against 4500lbs redeye with 797hp. Not sure why ford would say they are heavier than they are being a race car and a selling point? Seems about what I would expect from a stock redeye. Take it to the track with tires and it will beat that gt500 but in this situation it’s only correct the gt500 wins in a roll race. Hard to believe a jlt intake adds 35 wheel hp maybe total crank hp with 15hp lost in drive train yielding 15 20 hp wheel but not 35 wheel.

Dam just traded my charger scatpack in last night for a challenger redeye wide body. Now I am feeling 😥. I would still prefer the wide body over the standard for better traction with a good tire.. Red eye does not have a pulley. If it did it would destroy that weak gt500. The gt500 has an intake which adds power according to @motortube. Plus the power to weight ratio makes a difference.
