Does the fuel “door” lock? He mentioned there is no fuel cap but I wonder if the door locks and if it unlocks if it senses the key fob close by or you have to unlock it from inside the truck.
Its been 3 yrs ago you posted this do you still have the truck ? Any mechanical problems under tha hood so far ? Im thinking about getting one how do you like it so far ?
I have this same exact truck, color and all with the dark walnut, and it's even better than my '17 that I had. Best truck I've ever owned. Guess I got lucky (again) with not having issues, *knock on wood* Couldn't be happier
Really nice pickup! Love the white. (my Camaro is white as well) Only thing I'm not sure about is that piece going across the front grill being white. I think I would prefer it to remain black but its not a deal breaker. Thanks for the overview!
Does it have the Bose speaker package? Also Ive been wondering if I should go for the 6.2L or 5.3L I'd like your input on the motor size you have and how you like it.
@@keenan544 Yes I have the Bose system and it is amazing. I have the 5.3 and it pulls my 14 x 8 trailer loaded with 2 fully dress Harleys with no problem.
$54,000-$55,000 and it doesn’t even have leather seats. Very nice truck. It just blows my mind that someone would pay that price for it.... crazy. I’d be looking at a HighCountry

I am looking into the 19 RSTs now. I am confused why some with the 6 speed and some with the 8 speed? The 6 speed is somewhat concerning to me. Can you provide any clarity on this?
I've always been a car enthusiast, but always had a hidden love for trucks. Though I like the Raptor, I've always been a Chevy fan. So, Silverado it is and I had trouble deciding what trim of the 1500. The LTZ, Trail Boss or RST. This video helped me decide especially since I did not know the RST has the Z71 package. Plus the OEM Boss speakers are the greatest. Now, having trouble deciding between 6.2L or 5.3L due to the not being sure if both models have the DFM economy feature. (Shuts off 2 cylinders when cruising for best fuel economy)
Just got my RST today. Mine is 2wd, has a spray in bedliner, no power rear glass, silver with black interior, doesn't have either of the 110v outlets this one has, no hill start, no trailer brake controller . Very nice truck though. I'm happy with it. Traded my 18 LT for it

Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep your money safe.!!!Share so more people don't get screwed.
Why is the interiour looks like it is 10 years old? and the little screen lol but the car looks amazing good otherwise i have had my Chevrolet silverado for 20 year so i wanna uppgrade but the interiour is dated and annoying! I think i go for a Ram or F-150..

If you think the interior is 10 years old, show me what you mean because I've never seen something so unique and sophisticated than this truck & 3. @@devintorres515 mine was 54k and because it was a 2020 the dealer had 6k off msrp and I received another 2k off from my employer discount. There’s no way there’s a fully loaded Silverado RST with z71 package, leather seats, 4wd, tow package... for under 45k. If you found it for under 40k that’s great.
Apologies if I missed this - but after watching your video - did you even answer your own question? Is this a “Sport Truck”? I own the exact same model and would argue that this is not a Sport Truck. The vehicle governs out at 98-100mph which is absurd if you ask me.
I wouldn't purchase any new vehicle Ever ! They are all over priced Junk ! I'm curently driving my 1971 3/4 ton chevy truck that i have owned since 1980. Also two other vehicles that are 30 years old.
My Sierra isn't as old is yours it's a 2002 model that I bought with 300 miles. I've been hard on it but it still runs great it has over 220,000 miles on it and have never had any problems with it. The newer stuff has way too many things that can go bad like that fancy tailgate
An rst with a 5.3 ? No supercharger? What a rip off! Don't call this truck an rst without a 6.2 liter. These engines are old and the first iteration of the 6.2 came out in 2007 , and the 5.3 is even older. But at least the 5.3 has had power upgrades. The 6.2 still makes 420 hp 460 ft-lbs unless it's in a C8 ...
