As 2020 ended, our team at the Confucius Institute US Center would like to take this time to reflect and provide an update on our recent programming. The CIUS Center had to adapt to the challenges 2020 brought to global education. Despite the challenges, we stayed true to our educational mission. Throughout 2020, our objectives remained the same: to honor excellence, cultivate community, and build bridges through exchanges. Taking the lessons learned from the previous year, a new year brings an opportunity for new focus and energy. Regardless of what this year may bring, we remain resolute in our believe that language learning, cultural awareness, and education help make better global citizens and communities.
