Finally installed the new turbo and went to drob so he can do his magic. I’m very happy on how the car performed.

That’s a big jump from 280whp/328trq. Must be a blast!

Yea it’s a whole different car now. A lot of top end power like I wanted. The torque doesn’t feel that much different it feels the same tbh. The boost kicks in at around 4k rpm but once it kicks in it pulls like crazy.

@@Dimelowcrew Yeah pretty sure that turbo lag is noticable. One of these days it may be solved. But until then we just enjoy what it does. I’m sure top end pulls you harder in your seats now. Lol

@@Dimelowcrew Yeah pretty sure it will spin a lot even now. Even at 280whp it spins already. Wheel spin probably be less at probably 50-60 rolls with that power.

350bhp? Or converted to whp. Curious what your dyno numbers are on a roller dyno

The dyno reads 350whp. If you do the conversion to bhp it would be 390bhp.

@@Dimelowcrewif thats the case then good numbers. Should get a 2nd roller dyno reading. See if it matches. Of course if dynopasses are reasonable.

How do you set your the 27won w2 tune properly ? Install then custom tune or revision of an existing tune ?

I installed the turbo and just drove the car with the tune I had previously on stock turbo to drob’s shop. It’s not recommended to drive the car with a tune not meant for the turbo but for 1 drive I took it wasn’t gonna damage the car.

@@Dyl54 Damn bro. Do an etune with drob, he offers that aswell. An etune is much better than an ots tune.
