I’m tired of crappy comments that Supra is a BMW because it’s gotten old. Toyota is fully capable of developing the new Supra by itself as it has proven by the previous generations of Supra. The decision to share platform with BWM has was a business decision otherwise the new Supra would not have been possible due to the popularity of SUVs/crossovers vehicles and the extreme low demand for sports cars. It is not feasible to develop and build a model with few buyers. Joined development with BMW and utilizing Existing BMW chassis and drive train is better decision than not re-introducing the Supra. BMW may not be as reliable as Toyota but as a sports car, BMW is among the elite. Modern Supra by Toyota and BMW is the right decision and a win win for Toyota enthusiasts. I was the owner of the 1985 MK2 Toyota Supra and drove this thing for 23 years/300k miles and when the time is right, I will not hesitate getting the new GR Supra.

Ikr!I hear Somuch negatively online,however in the streets everywhere I go people come up and tell me what a beautiful car I have!And honestly I love my car!IAnd thats all that should matter!Also I waited 5 months for my A91 in refraction blue, and Eveytine I drive it im amazed at all the features, how well it drives, how insanely fast is it lol!!😆✌

@@datboi8921 If you keep it in normal mode and easy on the throttle, it's actually fanastic on gas for what it is. I used my 22 supra as a daily for a few weeks and was averaging a little over 31MPG that way. And my daily drives have mixed driving..

@303StreetMachines there are barely any mk5s on the roads compared to mustangs....and since there's quadruple the number of mustangs vs supras the mustang jokes aren't going anywhere.
