The 2020 RAM 1500 Laramie is a fantastic truck, I always enjoy the chance to get behind the wheel of these products. This Laramie is a great truck and the eTorque is an interesting thing to discuss. But in this video, I'm going to talk a fair bit about the accessories that are featured in this truck and share the differences I have noticed between this model and the RAM 1500 Limited.
As promised, here is the lengthy options list for this test vehicle:

Red Pearl: $100
Leather-faced front vented front bucket seats: $1,300
Trailer Tow Group: $525
Advanced Safety Group: $2,000
Chrome Appearance Group: $1,095
Bed Utility Group: $950
Laramie Level 2 Equipment Group: $3,395
Front and rear all-weather floor mats: $175
Tri-fold tonneau cover: $650
Anti-spin differential rear axle: $525
5.7L HEMI VVT V8 engine w/FuelSaver MDS & eTorque: $995
Power dual-pane panoramic sunroof: $1,595
Multi-function tailgate: $1,095
124-litre (27.4-gallon) fuel tank: $445
Active-Level 4-corner air suspension: $1,895
Uconnect 4C NAV with 12-inch display: $1,000
20x9-inch polished aluminum wheels: $1,195

Thanks for stopping by for this RAM review! If you were to buy a RAM, which one would you go for?

I personally own a 2020 Rebel crew cab and love it but that Delmonico red Laramie you have there is pretty much what I really wanted . What a beautiful truck . Great video from you and love the area your driving in . Thank you Sir !

Enjoyed the video and appreciated the 'performance art' @3:38. Your place at the local theatrics society is secure. 🤣 We had no doubt you are a 'city slicker' as you had no cowboy boots or hat on 😎 . Your reviews are spot-on and you look much more comfortable in the RAM compared to that Tacoma (that looked rough).

Trucks like the RAM 1500 are grabbing former luxury car buyers by offering luxury car features, at luxury car prices. Truck guys know their way around the options list and come out with the truck they want. Car-minded shoppers can easily hit Mercedes S-class price tags for a truck! Thank you, DriveGuyde, for your level-headed review and wise cautionary advice. Mind your wallet!

Very good point about the luxury car market as the RAM is growing ever closer to that spectrum of cost comparison

If I had the split tailgate I would worry about closing it in the wrong sequence and messing it up.

I opted for a 2020 RAM 1500 5.7L eTorque in a low level Laramie trim to get heated and cooled front seats and LED front and rear lights and to avoid the sunroof I don't need. Didn't get reclining rear seats or parking sensors or the 12" screen and don't really miss them. With the retractable rear step part # 82215289AG, bed access with the standard tailgate is fine. Got about $10,000 US dollars off msrp, so it's worthwhile to comparison online inventory shop, so don't get msrp sticker shock. Love the low down torque, buttery smooth midrange and top end, excellent quiet ride, and luxurious interior. Your model looks more like a much higher optioned Laramie with all of the options selected and is not typical of this trim level.
